My sister went to go get her nails done at ENVY SPA AND NAILS and ended up with bloodied cuticles and werewolf looking nails. Then was given an unwanted massage on the shoulders after she mentioned they looked terrible

Envy nails and spa is a horrible place to get your nails done I left there with bloody and irritated cuticles when I told the woman I didn't like the service she tried to give me a massage that I didn't ask for to make up for it worst place ever to go to.

If I could leave a 0 star I would. An embarrassment to costumer service, cleanliness, and attitudes. I think this place should be shut down. 0/10 recommend.

NEVER visit here.
I took my wife here for her birthday yesterday. First of all, they just suck at doing nails. They were crooked, poorly applied, twice the length we had requested. My wife looked like wolverine.
Second of all, they didn’t know I spoke Vietnamese. For nearly 2 hours, I sat and listened to them say the most horrible things imaginable about my wife (and myself, but not as much). They kept saying how fat and ugly my wife is. My wife weighs around 145 soaking wet and is absolutely gorgeous. They said they’ve “eaten pork prettier than her”, and “she couldn’t be uglier if they had hit her with a frying pan.” Absolutely inexcusable.
Finally, after everything, I demanded a refund, and told them what happened, and they LAUGHED at me, and said “we don’t do refunds.”
I recommend you never spend a dollar here, ever again.

if i could give negative stars i would. my daughter went in, and came out with HORRIBLE nails. called for a refund and they refused. they allowed her to walk out crying. worst customer service.

Worst experience of my life. They messed up my nails and didn’t listen to anything i said. I asked for white dip and they painted my nails pink???? When i asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds usually??? WHAT. I was super upset with my nails and the owner was no help. The only thing the owner offered was for them to redo the nails. No, i don’t want my nails redone if they were trash the first time. I shouldn’t have to get them redone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

They don’t listen to what you want and LAUGH when you cry and say “no refunds” but offer to fix what was wrong, but proceed to still not listen and do the opposite of what would fix them. Id rather just use mail polish at home, at least i can get the color right.

The pedicure is pristine and beautiful, but it was the most painful pedi I ever experienced.
With beauty comes pain, though. Right? He left my feet out of the water while he worked on the other one - I was not used to that either. My soles are a a little flakey and rough today - can’t help but wonder if that isnMt part of the issue.

My daughter had hello kitty nails done here and they were very cute and exactly what she asked for. I had a gel mani and pedi, I enjoyed how gentle they were with my hands and toes. I will return. Nice quiet salon.

Called in the morning and was able to get an appt on my lunch Break for a pedicure And had the most amazing and best pedicure done by Sophie. She really took her time and the experience worth coming back for the leg. Massage alone was so relaxing. ☺️
