Luv this pharmacy and team! Special acknowledgement to Pharmacist Tish who along with her team went above and beyond to help me get a prescription mess sorted out and filled while I was onsite.

I called in a prescription and was told it would be ready at 3PM. I called to check again and it said 4PM. My husband and I show up in the drive thru at 4:20PM and didn’t get to the window until 5PM. Only to be told there were issues with insurance and they would get to us in another 40 minutes. We go inside after talking to insurance and they tell us that basically we have to pay $250 or wait until insurance can be confirmed. Even though my insurance did not change and I have been on this medication for a year and never had any issues prior. Terrible customer service and communication. I left with no prescription and no resolution.

Is it me or does that say 20ct and I only count a 19ct I came in a hour after opening for an prescription that was put in the day before it wasn’t ready though I don’t have a problem with that things happen they just couldn’t get to my prescription yet but what I am wondering is why I got a 19ct and the paperwork said I should have gotten a 20ct I’m not gone to tell any lies the customer service was good to is could have been another mistake I’m on bed rest now and not coming back for one pill

Never busy so I like to shop here. Wouldn’t use the pharmacy however they deny people pain meds, antidepressants and sleep medication. The pharmacists have too much power!

Went in store to make some purchases. The manager and other employee on duty were very patient, kind, and helpful. I wish I got their names! They were out of stock on a few things, but overall the store is clean and well kept. I will be back to shop here

I'm on chemotherapy and they wouldn't give me my own pain medication. They cut me off without warning because Leah the pharmacist felt my physician shouldn't have me on pain medication with ambien. They didn't warn me or even let me know. She called my physician and threatened her. It was so unprofessional. I have never been treated like this
I was in such severe withdrawal that I almost had to be hospitalized. The pharmacist was so ugly with me she deleted my entire profile because I questioned what she did. I have been with cvs for over 12 years until now. I can't believe how Leah treated me.

This pharmacy staff needs to be whipped into shape. Unnecessarily long wait times for scripts that have already notified as being ready and the staff is rude. I’ve been picking up here for about a year (cost is better) but in that time I’ve had one tech be pleasant. Either hire help if they’re overworked or get customer friendly staff.
