Pharmacist was argumentative and had no compassion. I've moved my business elsewhere. The Jenks pharmacy isn't very helpful at all.

When asking about why a script was partially filled. I've been taking same script for 15yrs and she tired to tell me something that I had never heard, when questioning her about statement she got rude and condescending. I informed her of that she was being rude and an asshole (probably not the best choice of words) she was not happy that I called her on her attitude and she hung up on me, at 50yrs of age this is the rudest pharmacy that I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely the rudest pharmacist I've ever come across!! She is so lazy and rude and made me wait over 2hours for eye drops and Amoxicillin. She'd rather insert herself into my conversation with the Tech at the window instead of doing her job and filling the scripts. I called CVS Corporate and reported little miss Leah!!! And I also told corporate to read all the negative reviews online for this horrible location!!

This place has the rudest grumpiest pharmacy employees i have ever encountered. Leah the pharmacy manager is the worse. After a year of getting the same prescriptions she decided that she wouldn't fill one of them. I have used this pharmacy for around a year and have always had problems with orders messed up . On many occasions I have witnessed employees being rude and hateful to customers and they have been that way to me many times. I would not use this pharmacy until they get better staff. Nobody should have to be treated as rude as these people act. Pay attention CVS to all the bad reviews.

if I could give a negative score I would. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never ever use them. Pharmacy employees were unpleasant, rude and acted like they were just too busy to help you. I'd saddens me that my insurance company has chosen CVS as the primary pharmacy. I am willing to pay a little more and use a customer friendly pharmacy.

Told me the prescription will be ready in an hour. Come back 2 hours later, and they tell you it will be another hour. Do everyone a favor and don't lie. I wasted a trip there for no reason.

They love making you wait in the drive thru and then closing the window. I waited for 15 mins with 2 cars in front of me. Corporate needs to check their drive though times

The techs from Minute Clinic that are found the COVID-19 testing are rude, incompetent and lazy. I had an appointment booked 72 hours pre-flight and drove 30 miles to the appointment only for him to tell me he canceled my appointment because his computer was down. He refused to re-book me for 2hours later when computers were back up and just told me to go somewhere else. What a jerk!!!!!

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. I have witnessed their rudeness to others as well as experiencing it myself. They close for lunch until 2pm. I got there a little early and waited in the parking lot until my clock read 2:01. I pulled up into the drive thru and put my vehicle in park to wait. The pharmacy tech very rudely buzzed me and told me I couldn't park their during lunch. I explained that it was past 2 and she informed me it was 1:58. She was so snotty and rude about it. I mean 2 minutes!?! We are pulling our prescriptions immediately. Customer service is so essential to any business, even pharmacies.
