I stopped into City Cycles to casually check out their mountain bike selection. I didn’t really plan on purchasing a new bike yet, as I was still trying to do some research and figure out what would be the best fit for me. However, after visiting with Carter about what I was looking for, that changed. He was extremely helpful and made honest recommendations based off the questions he took the time to ask me. People buy from people and I’m glad that I purchased from Carter and his local shop. Will continue to use them for all things cycling. Highly recommend!

I stumbled into City Cycles a few months ago just to have a look and was pleasantly surprised to discover that they had the exact bike I was looking for - a Transition Smuggler. Caleb very patiently explained every aspect of the bike to me, including maintenance practices. Being new to Oklahoma, he then gave me a lot of information about trails in the area ++. When I returned last week to check in and ask a few more maintenance questions ahead of a trip to Oregon, both he and Carter very patiently went over key details. These co-owners are clearly invested in their customers as well as their business. They are pationate about mountain biking and incredibly patient and helpful. Best bike shop I've ever come acros.... by far!

Just. Picked up my bike. It was an inexpensive deal I bought in 2017 off the internet. I rode it for about 50 miles way back then and it sat, and sat, and sat collected dust as I fought for my life ultimately amputating my legs on a hunch. Meanwhile I discovered the pistons on the brakes were shot. After 2 moves and dusted off I brought it into this place. New pistons and full service. During that they discovered the shifter was bad replacing that. In the end I never had a bike so mechanically sound. They adjusted everything to absolute perfection. I'll be a regular that is for sure.

I came in 25 minutes before they were about to close on a winter day, and City Cycles was so welcoming. They took care of my emergency maintenance without making me feel like a nuisance. It’s nice to go to a bike shop where the mechanics actually care.

Bought a new Kona Lava Dome from these guys a couple weeks back, and brought it in to go tubeless today. Will be using these folks as my main bike shop now! They’re very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and clearly care about what they do- highly recommend!!

Lifesavers! I needed a clamp bolt for a new pair of PNW grips that was missing one and it was on a Sunday. Dudes were open and saved the day with the hook up. Awesome shop with loads of good stuff and great prices.
I will definitely be going back for more service and sales help.

I bought an ebike online. other shops in the metro area wouldn't even offer advice or try to be helpful. these guys used my embarrassingly small amount of info and outfitted me to swap my crankset. with some wild Frankenstein type mix of parts to help out the bottom line, ya dig? top notch service from guys that helped me feel like I could do what I was doing. with a smile, even. I'll go back for what I need now, for sure. and I live all the way across town!
