“Customer service is amazin. Staff is so proactive and willing to help. They really go above and beyond, it does not really feel they are trying to sell you anything, it feels like someone you donot know is genuinely trying to help you. I hate that I did not ask for the name of the guy that helped me, or he probably mentioned it and I forgot but I was here on a Wednesday night and the guy that helped me was trully amazing. He helped me add oil to my car and ran a scan for a code I had on my car, the computer did not bring up anything for the code I guess that it was not familiar with the code so he looked up on youtube what the issue was and what possible fixes were available. He was great. I would come back for all my car parts and appliances. I will sure recomrnd O'reilly to all my friends and family.”

“Guy working there helped me out big time with a dead battery!! From out of town and he stayed outside in 20 degrees to help me for about 45 minutes!! “Gotta put it out there that there’s some helpful guys at this location. Thankfully it’s not like the one by my house that has a bunch of wanna know it all kids. Daniel and his manager I think David were very helpful this evening. I had been to other competitors and other Oreillys this was the first one to take the time to go through the u joints to find my match since the computer didn’t. David with his knowledge helped Daniel get me what I needed. After the long stressful day I had these two helped me more than they think as my anxiety was getting to me. “This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”

“This was my 2nd auto battery purchase from Batteries+ this year. This time I purchased the car battery online and scheduled a time 2 hours later for it to be installed. The price included a discount for buying online. When I arrived at the store, my battery was waiting and the employees recognized my name. The in-store processing took only a minute and then one of the employees immediately picked up my battery, ready to do the install. He was friendly and fast doing the install. It took exactly 13 minutes at the store for me to check in and drive away with my new battery. Fantastic service! Very highly recommended.”
