Had to order parts to fix my car. Took some time to get the parts in. I dropped off my car to be fixed. My daughter picked me up and within half an hour they were calling to tell me my car was fixed. All the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable.

Lady working the desk was very rude she was cursing the whole time when I got there and when I handed her my tax exempt card she took a big huff and puff like she wasn't wanting to type it in system. Then told me the price of 1 qt of gear oil was 33 dollars which is EXTREMELY HIGH! I went to boat bass shop on grove and was only 20 there anywhere else would have been 13 to 16 which I was expecting it to be a little more there but 1 qt of quicksilver gear oil does NOT cost 33 dollars. Anyway I politely asked if she was sure and if she could double check the system and she commenced to saying I dont have to check thats what it says. I explained that seemed like a lot because Walmart sells for 13 dollars she then rudely told me I could go to Walmart. I said I'm sorry you are having a bad day but please dont be rude to me and she continued to be nasty afterwards and finally made me upset so I was nasty back. This lady should NOT BE WORKING THE FRONT DESK. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN THIS NAPA FROM THIS EXPERIENCE. EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS AND GOES BACK AND WATCHES THE CAMERAS IN THIS PLACE TO SEE HOW SHE CARRIED HERSELF!

I would leave 10 stars if I could! The personal and mechanics that work there are honest and know there stuff! They saved me a thousand dollar bill because I was about to tow my car to a dealership for an electrical issue! The issue ended up being a crank fuse that cost $1. They also gave me a veteran discount on other parts I purchased without asking for the discount as well ! These guys are well known for their honesty and knowledge and I will definitely reach out to them for all my auto needs and parts! I’m going to get these guys a gift card so they can all go to lunch together!! Appreciate the honesty!Nec Aspera Terrent! Wolfhounds!
