Recently, I had a situation with Fullerton Welding. I was a first-time and probably an only time customer, as I am not in the welding business. They had several options as to how the situation could be resolved. On a scale of 1-5, they deserve a 10! They didn’t have to do what they did; they were not going to lose a repeat customer. However, they chose to do what was over and above what was fair or the right thing to do. I want to take this opportunity to let them know how much I appreciate what they did. I know they genuinely wanted to do what they could to help make things right. I want to encourage anyone that is looking for the services Fullerton Welding provides to check them out. These are good people.
