The clerk, Cameron, just threatened to slap my sister for paying with $100 bill because Cameron said she had a $20 in her purse (she did not) but customer service is down the toilet in this EZ Mart!!

Does not follow ADA laws regarding service animals. My service animal is required to walk beside me for my disability, and I was told I had to carry him or get out.

Nobody working there ever wears a mask. And every time I go in I hear employees complaining that1) everyone up there keeps getting COVID so they're always extremely short staffed2) proud anti vax statements by the people working there.It's like this place is more pro death and plague than it is pro profitability or even pro remaining in business.Y'all are anti reusable cup and keep straws behind the counter now "for COVID" but can't even mandate masks or vaccines? Weak, pathetic excuses.Definitely not a convenient store I frequent any longer.

I went to ez Mart to get gas and coffee and the assistant manager was such a sweetheart and a very determined and hard worker and many people have mentioned her and have said the same thing from what I can tell she is a very good asset to the ez Mart company I'm very glad that they have a great worker and someone that knows what they're doing, god bless

Got gas, went to the restroom. Rude clerk in women's bathroom said bathrooms are closed (no sign). Somehow he's cleaning both bathrooms at once?

The cashier there this morning was so sweet..I wanted coffee but all they had was decaf I asked her anymore made she said yes she went to another room and brought the other coffee out..very friendly smiling the whole time..I thanked her for her time..as I walked out after paying for my items she said God Bless..I said same to you..not only was she friendly she a beautiful young lady.
