They are not open to sell to the public anymore. Which is really sad. They had the best cuts. I would drive 45mins out of my way for a single steak.

I've been getting my beef at Red Rock for a couple years. Their product is prime US beef, grazed on grass and finished on grain. You can get cheaper beef, but you can't get any better.

I cook a lot on the grill and hands down the best cuts off meat I've ever had. The folks at Red Rock Premium Beef take pride in their work and in their product. The people there are great too
