Had a Dr note from my dad's Dr stating he's on oxygen and they still turned out electric off, went to prepaid and they continue to raise the price from $5.86 a day to double that bull the weather is cooling off so it should go down not up, if they do not resolve this I will go to the news, the papers, and I will do my freedom of speech and I will stand at your business with a sign saying how you choose to conduct business with the elderly and disabled

The office people seem to be nice when I call. The warehouse and field workers are freaking douchbags!! Rude for no damn reason. The warehouse receiver has a permanent stick stuck up his rear apparently and someone get this dummy a damn pen!

Change $38 just to have access to the electric. Meanwhile OG&E, being an "evil greedy corporation" and not a "kind caring co-op" only charges $13. Sure seems like exploitative monopoly pricing.

June 2, 2023 Another 5 months have gone by & still no Fiber Internet Service although the Electric company says it's available and sent someone out last Friday to install it only to find out someone didn't set something up correctly. Now I can't get a straight answer from anyone on when the supposed service will be installed yet the box was installed a year ago. Worst service I've ever had.January 2023. Can't ever get anyone to return my calls or answer emails on the status of Fiber install. Workers came out in July to dig a trench, installed a grey box and left. Haven't gotten any updates in 5+ months. I hope the monthly membership charge $32.50 isn't for customer service. If so, I would like my money back.

Corrupt entity- one of the worst in Oklahoma.. they charge you when you even when you DONT use any electric. $3 a day just to have account which doesn’t use any electricity, that’s $90 a month for nothing.. don’t buy their excuses. They’re legitimate crooks who are allowed to do shady business bc they are controlled and serve corrupt beings.

Was wandering as my bill doubled this month and have not done anything different. No Xmas lights no Xmas tree no decorations and no company. Did it go up or do you physically come and read meters ever so often?

Well the prepaid electric is nice other than that customer service is lacking to say the least outages are a pain especially if they can't tell you when they will fix it and price of service fluctuates alot hopefully I can update this with better news later maybe even add a star we will see

Very few power outages but charge for non usage, empty building costs $$$$. Not user friendly on pre pay accounts no easy way to see bills, an no paperwork. Do thier own methods an use disposits for accounts without customer knowledge.
