I always get the best customer service here, we have a rural address that can be kind of a pain and the local postal workers do their best to get them to us on time. I really have never had a bad experience from any of the employees there.

This is good just like a post office should be. Even when I didn't have any money, the person weighing my shipment was understanding. Even when my friend gave her the wrong card to swipe, she was accomodating. Even when he had to run to the car to get another card and other people came in to start new transactions she stayed by my side to male sure I could pay for my package to be shipped. I guess that's just the wonderful tolerance of customer service jobs.

The Federal Bldg, inside & out, is well kept — clean facility — sharp looking grounds. Entry thru double glass doors into a huge "L" shaped common foyer, open to the public 24-7, chock-full of P.O Boxes, lockboxes, & 4 self-service desks. At the south end of the foyer are double doors back to a huge customer service area, reserved for business-hours-only.
