I took my 75 yo mother into their store today to get help with her Samsung Galaxy Tablet. We were greeted by Autumn as soon as we walked in. She want above and beyond to help with a smile the whole time. She had such patience and was so kind. Thank you so much Autumn.

I don't usually give local businesses negative reviews. However, I have overlooked too many situations at this particular location. Some of the employees are very good at their jobs. One lady is a great employee, but she is typically busy doing her job. There are others who aren't pleasant to deal with. One young lady who had waited on us the last two times we've been in there had been so rude. A couple of weeks ago, we went in to upgrade two phones, one iPhone and one samsung. Since we were spending over $580, she became very pleasant and helpful. She encouraged screen protectors and cases, which we needed but would typically get much cheaper somewhere else. She put all cases and screen protectors on the phones before we left. After one drop, my son's screen protector broke on the edge and continued to chip away until now, it has shattered down both edges. And yes, I understand that is what they are supposed to do to protect the actual phone screen. We went back in to see what we could do since it is less than two weeks old. That same young lady asked if she could help, and when we explained what happened, she became so hateful and rude and said, "Something must have happened to it. They don't just break." I'm an educated person, and I understand the purpose of the screen protector, but when they are that expensive and last such a short time, I would think they would want to stand behind the products they sell. She rudely told us we'd just have to file the warranty claim. That basically wasn't their job. Customer service isn't what it used to be, and if we had any other option, I'd be changing my phone service!!! Not good business, USCellular!!!

Service is terrible in my area. The staff was very helpful even though I was dropping the US Cellular service.

I do not recommend this place. They are so rude, they wont help, they will send you to customer service or tell you they do not have time. You are better off to call customer service, and get help with someone that is helpful. They need to get their stuff together at the store. I did also, report them to customer service. Nicole is the one of the rudest ones. If you go in, get help by Yvonne, or Tiffany.

I'm Speechless!? Rep told me to call my Carrier Sprint, unlock my IPhone and U.S. Cellular would Port My ph#.I paid $247.00, to Own my pH and upon returning to US Cellular Rep, I was informed that they couldn't Port my phone#!!!I now have no carrier and shall lose my # I've had for over 27 years. Not happy.

i walked into this location today with my four month old son and the ladies there looked at me one said hello and even though she was with a guest, she took the time to say her greeting but my issue was i was looking at iphones to maybe look into getting a new one and one other lady walked over and just stared at me. I was asking about a post paid plan and she said that they would had to have run my credit in which i had no issue with. Also, what made me uncomfortable was she was standing on the side of the iphone display looking at me as if I was going to steal something so I just left.

Went to this location after signing up for service at the Durant location. I was switching over from Verizon and my service was horrible. Yvonne was very helpful in addressing my concerns and fixed some of my account issues the gal over at the other location hadn't taken care of on my account. Since I'm in Antlers, I'll make sure to go here for any future needs instead of the corporate location in Durant.
