Waisted my time..I stopped by The Mechanic Shop on December 14, 2022 to make a appointment to have my 1997 Ford F350 diesel worked on pertaining to cooling system. I was told they were not taking any more in this year. Wanted to finish the vehicles they already have, and would be taking appointments for January on January 2nd 2023. I called December 29, 2022 to make sure they would be open Monday January 2, 2023 so I could get my truck in. Now they're saying sometime in February. That is poor business practice. I would of been a repeat customer (replaced starter, May 2022).

Jeremy and his wife Melissa and the whole crew were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I was far from home and far from my destination when a strut broke and nearly stranded me in the middle of nowhere. I found them on google and they had good solid reviews. And I could only hope I could get to them. Even though my vehicle was not quite what they usually work on, they were amazing. I had an emergency and they took great care to get me back on road (and with that, back to the job I was driving to). I literally limped my van in sounding like the wheel could fall off at any second, and in no time I was back on the road and put another 400 miles in before the end of my day. They saved my day, and my whole trip. Pricing was completely fair. They took me in and treated me very well. My only regret is I won’t be able to give them more business. So please feel confident in taking your business to Jeremy and his crew.Service: Steering/Suspension

Took my vehicle in to have 1 problem fixed. They fixed it and told me about a couple I didn't know about. The service is great and the price for repairs is reasonable. These guys call and let me know what they needed to do. They are nice and courtesy and know what they are doing. I would suggest use them for repairs.

My alternator failed while traveling home out in the middle of nowhere. Made it to AutoZone in Hugo. They referred me to The Mechanic Shop.They had my truck in and out within an hour. Great guys, very attentive. I recommend their work and service.
