Poor Management, they dont train you. Theyll put you right on the spot and then complain to you when they get in trouble by the higher ups for not doing things properly as if its your fault. The ebt machine is so old it runs off a landline phone thing. If anyone calls or is on the phone it won't work. Imagine that around the 1st of the month. The line will be long because of the equipment isn't up to date. Its 1 person per shift & they expect you to get every thing done from cleaning, stalking shelves, stalking the cooler, make coffee every 2 hrs, make tea every 2 hours, clean the bathroom every 2 hrs, make atleast 75 bags of ice, stalk freezer outside with the ice, stalk the cigarettes. Go outside clean the parking lots etc. PLUS WORK THE CASH REGISTER. MIND YOU, YOULL ALWAYS BE BUSY WITH CUSTOMERS, EZ MART IS ALWAYS BUSY SO HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MANAGE GETTING THE OTHER TASK FINISHED?? ITS A HEAD ACHE. BUSY BUSY BUSY, WITH AT LEAST 200 A CHECK. THO THE CUSTOMERS WILL KEEP YOU COMPANY, MOST DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! THEY CANT EVEN KEEP A MANAGER LET ALONE AN ASSOCIATE!!

Well I go to this store and I ask for help finding a product and ask the clerk and she give me this look like I'm busy and says she'll be with me in a minute with a real go to hell attitude so I ask if I could speak with the manager and she says she is the manager I think her name was Hilary so don't stop at this store there is a travel plaza and another ez Mart on down the strery

Open 24-7. Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. Operational air (tire). Fully stocked, and employees will go out of their way to help. For a small town, they offer big service. Thanks EZMart!!!
