These folks have amazing customer service!! Driving from Tulsa to Huntsville, our truck broke down at 4:00 on a Friday. Called them and explained the situation of trying to get to the car rental place by 5:00 because they wouldn’t stay late for us. Dispatcher got our wrecker dispatched then called another driver that already had a load that was coming our way, he stopped and took my wife to get our rental car while I waited the the other truck. My driver got there maybe 15 minutes later and we beat my wife to the dealership. They made what was a rough start to the weekend so much better. We were back on the road 2 hours later! Thank you very much for caring about your customers and going over and above to help get their problems solved!!!
