Brianna at the Hugo site is the most awesome representative ever. When I went without service for five days. She went out of her way to get me a new device and sim card to correct the issue and give me service again. Thank u so much Brianna.

As of late if we leave Oklahoma we do not have service. I live 10 miles from the Texas state line and go to Paris often. I called Bravado to find out what the problem was, the Hugo store workers helped me as much as the could, but they said that pretty much Verizon upgraded to 5G and Bravado didn't have their equipment ready, so they were left behind. I have tried for weeks now to get a hold of management but they refuse to return calls. I do not have a problem with our local store employees, they've always been great. But the management at the higher level is horrible. I have new phones with Bravado and the last thing I heard was we would still have to pay the phones off to get out of the contract. So we're stuck with paying for something that doesn't even work as promised.

slowest internet avaliable. In Hugo city limits and my speeds average 0.25 down load and 0.30 up load. I could do better with dial up if I didnt have a worthless contract.

The service coverage is the best we can get in our area. The staff is terrible at the Hugo location. Most the time they never answer their phones during normal business hours. In the store they are very rude and terrible customer service. I usually call the McAlester office to get anything done. Brittany is super helpful anytime I call into the store in McAlester.

I bought the 20 plus, I'm having terrible service with phone, but the employees are trying very hard to remedy the problem.i would still recommend Bravado Wireless

Then told me if all have paid is 361.83i can get anew phone I have and A,+ if they won't let me get a new phone
