“I brought my Jeep in for an oil change Thursday & Matthew greeted me complimenting my Jeep. I said actually it's being sold to a family member. In conversation he asked what I'm looking for. I told him I already found one in Paris & kind of blew him off (my mind was made up or so I thought). He pulled up a few comparable vehicles to show me & I hurriedly had to get to my next errand. He was persistent in texting my husband more availability. The deal didn't go in Paris as we wanted. Matthew had showed me the 1 I was going to look at at Sulphur Springs prior. They got it to Hugo today & kept their word on our deal. Matthew is a very friendly, real young salesman & his dad Len should be proud. Thank you to both of you.”

After I picked up my van and ran some errands, I tried to stop in to thank him again, and it looked like he was out of the office, so I pulled out and left. He must have seen me pull in and then leave, because he called me right away to make sure everything was ok! That's great service!”
