The 5 day period between late payment and disconnect is ridiculous. Only a single email notice and 75 dollar reconnection fee. The reconnect is done remotely so why does it have to be 75.00.

I'll give you a one star just because there is no options for 0 stars or negative stars. As bad as your reviews really are , I believe y'all should be federally audited and not only that but black listed as a company to beware of for better business bureau for hustling and cheating people out using systematic loop holes to take advantage of your customers. If I could I would without a doubt put all your management under civil arrest until the federal agents from Kansas City (the real ones) came down here and prosecuted all of you. Including tribal laws which are federal for scamming tribes and it's members whom are protected under federal laws for these specific reasons.

Very disappointed due to how service is handled. My father paid more than half of the bill to avoid getting his service disconnected three days prior but it still got disconnected because it wasn’t paid in full. Not only was a little bit left to pay but the reconnection fee is aa much the amount that he paid. So he pretty much has to pay the bill all over again to have service.

I called to see if they can bill us the deposit with our monthly bill since we're on prepaid it's so expensive so we wanted to switch to monthly! So the lady said they never done that before but I have a friend who did that and others who did that. So Im wondering how are these people doing this and I cannot? Also the lady who I spoke with was really rude.

Poor customer credit card denied on my account and so since they are the only company they can put you on punishment and force you to be on a cash only well I have a business which they cut the power and I only add credit at the time and they refuse to take the payments to restore power anyone know a good attorney the has to stop they playing people lives

We were having issues with our a/c unit, called an electrician to come check it out and he found no issues with the a/c but traced the electrical issue out to the pole, said the box and meter were outdated and needed replaced. He called TCEC for us, told them the issue and maybe 2 days later we had a new pole, box, and meter already set and running when we got home. Awesome service.

Got electric running on an oil and gas well, ran it for 15 days and decided to shut well down. We called up there to see what the minimum is to keep electric and then lady told us about $30-$40. This lady k ew it was oil and gas and still told us this minimum. We thought no big deal while we decided what we wanted to do with this well. Come to find out, they took $400 out and it’s a $200 minimum. Won’t even make it right with we called and told them what the lady told us and we made a decision based off HER quote. The panhandle needs more options when it comes to electric companies because this one likes to screw your.

Really need a better electric company in the tri county area, been trying to pay my bill for a week their automated phone systems have been down as well as their website when I asked when they would be up they said I don’t know just keep trying to pay your bill until it goes Through, also very rude staff.

Really an abysmal Electric Coop. Not sure how they get away with the poor service. You can always find their work crews whenever you need them--they will be at one of the local restaurants on a three hour lunch break.Can't wait until Oklahoma wises up and opens the electrical market like in Texas, where consumers have a choice.

POS company. Never received any final bill or collection notice. Changed my address with them in person, as well as had my mail forwarded from the post office to my new address.Sent my final bill to collections and their service is absolutely no help. TCEC just says "I don't know what to tell you."Sad that this is the only choice in the area for power. Absolutely a pitiful excuse for a company.
