called yesterday morning for some paper to be ready today. was told it would be ready in the morning. made a 30 minute drive to find out they are closed till 12. couldn’t have just told me that yesterday.

They do not fix the machines and they do not kave recip and the recharge the payment

The 5 day period between late payment and disconnect is ridiculous. Only a single email notice and 75 dollar reconnection fee. The reconnect is done remotely so why does it have to be 75.00.
