All these reviews about a redheaded office woman was right, she does as little as possible and doesn't even look at you, I had to get another worker one of the boys to do it while she was on her phone

For the best information on availability, interchangeability, price, or any other general info- please have the year, make, and model of your car (or vin number) ready for them when you call. That will be the best and quickest way for them to look up your parts or services needed. And a reminder, please try to be patient, sometimes they need option numbers or model numbers on things like transmissions and motors. And often times it is frustrating for them to find the information too. But they are always willing and eager to help any way they can.

The price and repair service were great, but the office person is rude and very unprofessional. She does as little as possible to help customers.

They stole money from customers they take orders and say drive 86 miles from Oklahoma City to pick up a insurance quality part (cost $150 one way ) but when you send a paid diver w/truck and gas and Jim & Glen load up a Hail Damaged part & take your money gladly, but when you call them to ask why and the response was take it back drive 86 miles again and drop the Hatch for refund (Was very Rude and unprofessional and unethical ). They were not willing to work with us at all, only choice to drive up there drop of their parts for refund your money minus the labor to take the parts off( so funny for a junk right). It was not worth it to spend another $150 for a $250 Hatch($350 Brand new) . Basically they are thief, they are stealing your money, Do not drive up that place from far away, you will get screwed. They will sells you nothing but Junk, all they have trash. At the end our body shop throw that part in a junk pile and order another one.

The men here are nice. The redhead woman, not so much. First time there and accidently parked in the employee parking. I apologized before even seeing there was, in fact, a sign I had just missed it. Even after apologizing again, I get called out of my name? I won't be back.I do thank you for finding a tire for me though.

Best place in the area to have your car or truck worked on and if you're looking for a part for your vehicle if they don't have it they'll find it

Great place to do business. Jim and Glen had the part I needed and got it ready for me to pick up in no time. Do yourselves a favor and check with these guys first! Great prices and spot on service.

Rainbow Salvage got a "hard to find, & very expensive" wheel for my car (according to the dealership, anyway)for a very small fraction of what it was priced to me at the Ford place. And I got it in just a couple of days! Very knowledgeable & professional, too!

Jim is honest. Repairs may take some time, but the wait is worth it. I have worked with him many times, and always receive excellent service.

This used to be our go-to place for parts and repairs, but the new management has proven to be difficult to work with lately. A few months ago, we had them replace the transmission on our truck. We have no complaints with the work they did, but when I went to pay the balance, the woman at the front desk had inadvertently added the $500 deposit we made (to source the part) rather than subtracted it. She was so confident in her numbers that she argued with me for more than fifteen minutes (because I wasn't about to pay $1000 that I didn't owe) before she finally got out her calculator and figured out what the problem was.Thinking that might be a one-off, we called them again when we needed a replacement part. When I went to pick it up this morning, the same woman was at the desk. She insisted that I pay for it first - at 30% more than the quoted price - before she showed me the part. After I signed the receipt, she showed me the rusted out part. I told her that wasn't what I was expecting, but she said, "That's what you asked for." I called my husband and sent him pictures, and he said to walk away from the deal. I didn't think I could because I'd already paid for it. I asked her to process a refund, and she belligerently challenged me to show how the part wasn't what we had requested over the phone. After I started crying (because that's what stress does to me), she went to her computer, printed out the receipt for the refund, threw it on the floor in front of me, and said (I apologize for the language but this is a direct quote), "Here's your f****** receipt, now get out of here and don't ever come back," as she was physically shoving me out the door. At least we can agree on that last point. It's no longer safe to do business with this company.

Dont take your business here they do crappy work charge people for things they weren't even supposed to do and put bad parts on my car. I have had to spend another 300 to fix it after they charged my grandpa 400 in the first place only giving it 1 one start because I have to would rather just leave it as no stars
