Wow! What an amazing adventure we had at the Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park. When we got there, there were 1000 folks having an Easter picnic. We had been alone in the desert prior to this for weeks! The atmosphere was absolutely invigorating! Music! Kids having egg hunts. Kids getting rides on ATVS! And, then it got dark. Almost all of the folks left. There were only two other campers in our area! It became peaceful. I imagine it’s generally like that. Nice restrooms and showers. A pool and a playground. Plenty of group picnic area. The best best park is the Red Rock Canyon! Thank you to the owners! They were so very pleasant. 10/10 would return. If you like to rappel, you can do that too!

Weekends are CROWDED. Just fell under new ownership and they're already making updates and have added two trails.

People are close to you and cars drive by all the time and you're paying for nature so that's weird but hey they have alright bathrooms but hey if it's your thing then you probably like it but I'm not a camper with other people and paying for nature where you go to get alone ?

Beautiful. For hiking, use AllTrails and use it often so you don’t get lost. Lots of stickers and burrs, so not very dog friendly.

This is a great place for intermediate hikers. It’s family friendly and the best part is it can be done e in a day. However, they have great picnic areas!

Red Rock canyon is my favorite campsite because you get to camp down in the canyon and most of the plots have grass to set down on and that seems to be at a premium at most campgrounds in Oklahoma. It doesn't look great right now because they are doing a lot of construction right now. I'm not sure why because it used to be very nice and serene with lots of grass but there are large areas of bulldozed trees brush and grass right now so it was a bit of a let down today.

Had an awesome time, and I met the new owners. They are very nice, and I'm impressed with the work that they have done. I look forward to seeing the progress done since I was there last month.

So, my son is very into star gazing. He wanted to go to Red Rock Canyon to get better visibility. We had done some primitive camping there before, so we knew the location. I had leant my tent to a friend, and didn't have an alternative. When I went to the Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park site I saw that they had "glamping" tents available. We had never glamped before, but it looked like a good alternative. When we got there I was blown away by the great set up!! It was sooo nice. Two beds, with linens, blankets, and pillows. Towels and games were stored under the bed. The tents are wired for electric (no need to worry about changing devices with a solar panel), and even had a heater!! The staff were super nice, and if you need firewood, they'll deliver it to your tent. They truly thought of everything you might need!! The tents were located right next to the restroom and shower facility. There was a fire pit for each tent, and a grill. All we really needed to bring is a cooler for our food and drinks. Highly recommend the park (it's always a fun and close trip), and if you're looking for a great camping trip, I would very much recommend the glamping tents!! Glad I tried it!! Great trip for my son and I, and he's ready to go back again too.

Hands down one of our favorite camping spots ever! We came with three kids, two dogs and a travel trailer and had the best time. The staff was so nice and the owner remembered us asking if they had firewood for sale on the phone, and after we showed up he brought it to us. Our kids loved the park right by our campsite. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back!

A hidden gem and absolute must visit if you enjoy hiking and camping. Came for the day which a day pass is $10 per vehicle. In my opinion, you definitely get your moneys worth. The operators do an awesome job of cleaning the park clean.Did the orange dot trail which was clearly marked throughout the trail. The trail was narrow in spots but still it was a great hike.Well worth the 70 min drive from our place in the OKC metro area. A must visit for the outdoor enthusiasts!
