“I've switched to this pharmacy after being with Walmart for 15+ years. I've been going here for about 8 months now. I had a terrible interaction with the Walmart Pharmacist. The pharmacist & the workers here are all lovely. The pharmacist goes above & beyond for the customer. I recently had issues with my insurance & they helped me work it out. Everything has been great so far. The only thing is the drive thru is a bit slow. Customers will sit & wait for 20-35 minutes sometimes without pulling around for a customer behind them. I've sat in a line of 4-5 cars before when they get busy. I wish they would tell people to pull around so they could help a different customer. It's not that big of an issue but it can be annoying. When I'm stuck in line & I can't just pull the car around. So I can park & then come inside to get my meds. It's not a big issue. I'm just getting impatient the older I get. I still adore this pharmacy.”
“The store has a smaller footprint than the Homeland's I have been in, but ít is arranged well, packed tight, clean, and well-priced! Produce was all surprisingly fresh and well laid-out.”
“Love Carla, She is Most Professional, Helpful, Kind and Concerning, She tends to my every need, I look forward to seeing them at the Pharmacy. Did I mention Fun too? Any one who doesn't appreciate them, well, they are just use to the old ways, I'm glad for the NEW WAYS..”
“Probably the closest you'll come to the old-time pharmacy of yesteryear ib Henryetta, Ok. They not have as wide a selection of goods as the mega-stores like Walgreen's, AVS, etc, and of course the soda fountain like they had at Hefner Drug is a thing of the past. They're also extremely busy at certain times and you occasionally have to wait a few minutes before actually getting your prescriptions, but they more than make up for it with their friendliness and helpfulness. The other pharmacies in town are much more expensive than Wal-Mart, slower and not nearly as nice. Wal-Mart is the only place I will go to in Henryetta for my prescription medical needs.”
“Can we talk about the Walmart in Henryetta, OK for a second?! ?
My mom and I stopped there on our road trip from Tennessee back to Arizona, and y’all… I’m 44 years old and have never had such amazing service at a Walmart in my life. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and actually seemed to enjoy helping people (which feels like a rare unicorn moment at Walmart ?).
I live in the Las Vegas area, and I’m begging — can the Henryetta team please come train the Walmarts in Vegas?! Because whatever they’re doing in Oklahoma… it’s working! ?”
