Excellent experience. Beautiful setting, loved the drive through the town also. It is a bit of a hike down to the building and back up, be warned! It is worth the trip for the scenery alone.

The walking paths, stones and plants are so inspiring, well kept, and beautiful that I hope they keep a close eye on this place and take good care of it forever. Also, I made a big wish by throwing a coin into that tiny waterfall fountain thing and against all odds, it came true!

Really cool park; very educational about the Viking presence here.
This 55 acre park features a large runestone believed to have been made by Vikings or Scandinavians between 600 and 800 AD. The park also features hiking trails, playground, seasonal waterfall, campsites and a gift shop/information center. The Gift Shop is open 10am to 6pm, March 1 to September 30 and 9am to 5pm October 1 to February 28 . The park is open 8am to dusk.
