Took my car in a few months ago for a brake repair. Told him multiple times that the rear brakes needed to be fixed, but he was adamant about how the fronts were bad. When I took it back, he admitted that he ignored me and just assumed he knew what was wrong with it, thus pretty much stealing $300 from me. Tried to charge over $1100 to fix what I took it there for initially and fixing the front bearings, which didn't start shaking until I picked it up from him the first time.
Charges way over his skill level, but I guess he needs to make money somehow. ?

We took our car here October 31 2023st to have the lifters replaced. We discussed oem parts and Bud said he would need money up front so we paid for the parts, after multiple trips. We got the car back and the lifter noise was worse than when we took it in. 5200 dollars later and it still wasn't fixed. We took it to David Stanley in Midwest city and they repaired our car. Worst service ever. Would not recommend using this company. When we couldn't get him to refund our money, we took him to small claims court. He is refusing to pay the money the judge ordered him to return.

Bud did an amazing job on my truck AC last year, i decided to let him do my wife’s breaks on her car. Again did it the same day. Very convenient and affordable. I highly recommend Ken’s Automotive. P.s. Truck AC is still working!!

Bud is a really up front and straightforward guy. I really enjoyed his transparency and honesty. He did exactly what I asked for, didn’t try up up sale me anything I didn’t need, and was faster than I expected. Will be back for sure.
