I think a true measure of a company is what they do when things go wrong. Every person and company is going to have something go wrong at some point.
We had a hiccup with BendAid, just one of those things that happens, and they worked with us to get it resolved. They went above and beyond in helping us.
A tire hit our van on the highway, and crunched the front end. Bend Aid did an incredible job repairing it. I look at the front end and see... nothing. It looks new!

I damaged my bumper on my brand new car that had less than 1k miles on it. Mike did a wonderful job repairing my bumper and matching the color. He made it look good as new. He provided amazing customer service!

They do an amazing job! We've had their help fixing up my son's 92 Camero and they have serviced everything from electrical problems to body work and primer coats so far and it is looking better than it ever has!

I left my truck with them for 2 months and they did no work. I took my truck back to them a couple months later to make sure they had the parts ready. They had the truck for 3 more weeks and told me it would be finished on a certain day. I planned a flight home from California to pick it up 2 days after they told me it was finished.When I returned they had done nothing to my truck and told me they had my truck confused with another truck. Horrible service. Do not use this company. Incompetent all the way around.Services: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle in for an oil leak and it turned out to be the rear main seal. They fixed it and had me back on the road quick!
