I was looking for a certain antifreeze and couldn't find it, and a Autozone employee asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and instantly he found it for me. When I was checking out I asked for a radiator cap I looked up, and he verified it was the right cap for my car. Very friendly place I shop here regularly.

Russ was amazing!! As a female being stranded 200 miles away from home was very stressful. Russ tested and replaced my battery which was no easy task in my car. He also tested the alternator to make sure the battery was in fact the problem. Knowing I can drive back to Dallas safely is such a huge blessing. Thank you!!

I had a spark plug out of a 4 wheeler that didn’t show up on the computer. We googled it and found a crossover plug. The parts man had the patience to help me. Great service

Had to purchase a new battery for my motorhome. After all said and done I saved $34 dollars on a 65 series AGM over the Ford and two other Battery stores.I'll B Back. Thanks AutoZone?

Daryl was a very nice associate for me but the manager, Debbie, was helping another customer put 2 batteries in his truck. Daryl asked her 3 times for a manager code and she ignored him the first time. The second time he asked, she said “ I’ll be there in a minute .” The third he asked she yelled “ I’ll be there when I can!” Couple of minutes later she came in a she put in her manager code , so that we can checkout. My entire wait was over ten minutes long and during that time two customers walked out. When I left there were four people waiting in line. Poor customer service from Debbie, not Daryl. I imagine it was an off day because every other trip I’ve been treated well, received the right parts and left the store without issue.

My husband was doing a cross country trip and had the battery (which was new, purchased in NM) go bad. The staff at this auto zone went out of their way to test the alternator and battery to find the problem was just a faulty battery and got him on his way. He made it home to Tennessee safe and sound with no issues. Awesome job Auto Zone #5951!

My husband and I were standing in line and we were next to be helped when someone walked in and went up to the counter and was helped instead of us. They didn't even acknowledge that we were there even after my husband said something. Very poor customer service.

I have found autozone has many of my parts that I need in stock. I've called other parts retailers in my area and many times they have to get the parts from the warehouse or another store.
