“I was looking for a certain antifreeze and couldn't find it, and a Autozone employee asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and instantly he found it for me. When I was checking out I asked for a radiator cap I looked up, and he verified it was the right cap for my car. Very friendly place I shop here regularly.”
“went to Walmart for my oil change and they didn't have the air filter needed on my Titan so they sent me here, thankfully the younger gentlemen that helped me, didn't get his name, tall skinny, dark hair, maybe around his mid 20s about my son's age, he was kind enough to switch out the old one to the new one, I've been here before for other stuffs too but I just wanted to let the pubic know that there are kind people out there and it is a recommended Auto Parts store to go to if you're in the area.”

“Ronnie and Scott worked on a special order for 4 Continental tires for me, then set up an appointment to have them installed. Great job! I was expecting it to take some time for the installation. I walked around shopping and was surprised that it only took about an hour, so different than spending an afternoon waiting at competitors' tire shop. The service staff were efficient, prompt and did a great job. They deserve being appreciated! We live in North OKC, but my husband and I always loved to shop at this store when we lived near Little Axe and this Auto Center always did a great job for us. It was well worth the drive. “I think a true measure of a company is what they do when things go wrong. Every person and company is going to have something go wrong at some point.
We had a hiccup with BendAid, just one of those things that happens, and they worked with us to get it resolved. They went above and beyond in helping us.
A tire hit our van on the highway, and crunched the front end. Bend Aid did an incredible job repairing it. I look at the front end and see... nothing. It looks new!
