The staff varies on which one is nice that day or not. I’ve gotten some extremely rude ones, and some very nice ones. I’m not a fan of the fact they close at 6pm. Off work at 5 and have to pick up kids and then to the pharmacy and they’re always closed by the time I can get to them, and I’m at work by the time they open at 9am… 7:00 was way easier for me. And I’m sure for others as well.

The staff is always so sweet and welcoming! Kayla, Laura, Tiffany the ladies that check everyone are always the sweetest! This place makes you feel like family and they make sure to explain everything that is going on. You ALL are doing an amazing job. And Reza the pharmacist is the sweetest as well!! I can’t say enough about the staff. Thank you for all that you do! Don’t let negative reviews ruin this place! The ppl that leave the bad reviews just can’t stand themselves. Keep up the great work!!

I had to get a prescription, after going to urgent care. They sent it to Allcare Pharmacy at 5:56 pm. We went right over and they were in the middle of closing. The Pharmacist said he would stay late to fill it for us. They were all very helpful and wonderful to us. I just love them all!

From poor communication to downright disrespectful, rude staff, Harrah deserves better. My sister went to pick up a prescription, and as she was leaving the clerk, yelled “don’t worry about her. She’s never coming back” this was never said and their interaction. Do better.

I am a disabled veteran with neck injuries. On Oct 5 2023 my doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy. I received a phone call from the pharmacy stating they will not fill my medication due to it being pain meds and they do not want to get a audit. I have used this pharmacy several times and unsure why I am now being discriminated against.

I am somewhat near this pharmacy and it is, or would be, very convenient to get prescriptions filled here however the pharmacy staff are very nasty and rude nearly every time I go in there that I’d rather go out of my way to deal with friendly people.

Awesome customer service. Staff is very professional, and friendly. Always greeted with smiles. They go above and beyond to make sure your medication needs are met. I recommend using this pharmacy.

From excellent customer service to going the extra mile to make sure I can get my essential medications this place is wonderful! Having just moved to Mcloud from OKC I was beyond happy with their services and knowledge. I'd suggest no other pharmacy in the Mcloud/Harrah area.

As a community many Harrah residents we have spoken withr also really feel like it's time for a rmorr reliable chain drugstore pharmacy to make a home here.Honestly we deserve better than this.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Dislocated my hip, went to the ER, was given fentanyl for pain. Like a fool gave them the name Allcare for my pharmacy. On the way home realized that they were about to close, so called them to let them know I was on my way. Made it to their front door one minute past their closing time. (Their sign still said open). Only to be told in a snarky, mean, awful way that they wouldn't serve me because I was one minute late. Instead I got to spend 36 hours in agony. So much for the small town feel, eh? Guess that's just for friends and family and not customers?! I'll be taking my business back to CVS, thanks! So much for supporting a mom and pop business, they must be so successful that they don't need to be human beings who give a crap about others!!!

Very poor patient communication. I asked why I was never notified that my important medication (that needed to be started immediately for my fetuses health) was available, and the answer I received was "I don't know". Unfortunately this is not the first or second time this has happened to me and my husband. In the year I have used this pharmacy- I have been notified one time of a prescription they had for me. *Let's say my insurance wouldn't cover the medication.* I appreciate the PA's done on the patients behalf (Never have I had a pharmacy not shoot it back to the physician demanding an alternative or for them to initiate a PA.) But the job of the pharmacy is to provide medication and to inform patients when they can come pick it up. Maybe they didn't want to waste time calling a patient if they think I would only purchase it from them if the PA was approved- BUT the decision is mine to use insurance or pay out of pocket. Out of pocket would have been my choice when my baby's life is on the line. We will be transferring our care to another facility. We are saddened to not be able to support the local businesses around us.
