The front desk receptionist was consistently rude. If we were having to adjust an appointment time, she acted as if it impacted her personally. Rarely did she even look patients in the eye. She lacked empathy, professionalism.The treatment we received was not consistent and often felt random and inconsistent. One session the therapist had me working on parts of the body not in my treatment plan at all. It felt as if my treatment plan had gotten mixed up with another random person’s treatment plan.Rarely did I leave feeling like progress had been made. Often times I felt more at pain than when I arrived. The chatter among therapists was constant. It were as If they were friends out at a restaurant talking about their lives over lunch than at work with injured clients in their presence needing care.Often it were as if patients just happened to be there and were a distraction. A couple of sessions all therapists were obsessed with talking about losing a halloween costume contest with other pt locations instead of paying attention to their patients’ needs.One time my treatment stopped for several minutes while I listened to each therapist complain about how they felt voting was rigged in the company’s voting for best costumes.Oh- If you are to book a session, God forbid you have to change the time. My dog had to be rushed to the vet- when I called to change the appointment, the front desk receptionist reacted angrily and with great frustration. No understanding. The front desk person was obviously frustrated she “had” to change my time. When I confronted her about it, she said she didn’t like rescheduling. I reminded her that was exactly what her job description was.I ended my sessions two sessions early because of her rudeness and my dissatisfaction with my treatment overall .If you are looking for a calm atmosphere in which to receive care, wish for your treatment plan to be followed, wish for therapists more interested in hearing how you are feeling instead of hearing each other gossip and complain, I would suggest you go elsewhere.I believe this is the first time I have ever chosen to comment after services from any establishment. But I feel it warranted.

They are very professional and friendly and I greatly appreciate what they do. After completing my therapy sessions I’m completely back to normal. Their work was exceptional and I want thank everyone for all they did and give a special shout out to Caitlin! I highly recommend their services.

This facility is full of positive energy, and a little bit of horsing around. Perfect combination to help make up a fantastic staff. The faculty is full of BEAUTIFUL hard working individuals who will accustom to your needs. Didn't think I was going to get my knee back to 100%, but getting pretty close with the help of the staff. The whole thing was an experience in itself. I got to meet new people, and learn new things from each individual. Highly recommend going here if you have any injury, and feel the need for physical therapy the ladies there will make you feel right at home.

I enjoy the employees, the atmosphere, the cleanliness and helpfulness. Did not get 5-stars because they happened to forget to schedule my next physical therapy appointment in which I am just as much at fault if not more at fault because it is my responsibility, that's what I get for not thinking ahead and being better prepared.
