Beware, they will increase your rent within 3 months of renting and only give you 30 days notice. Rent went from $55 to $80. I would have chose a better facility if I was going to have to pay that much.

Went to clean out my storage unit some and broke the key in the lock, Melissa was there I had asked if they sell locks, she instead gave me a new lock and said not to worry about it, she was very kind, if the cost of my unit didn't go up I'd give a 5 star.

The district manager is rude and doesn't listen. Wants to talk over you. No ownership for lack of communication. We will be moving our stuff out after being there for 8 years. Never had any issues until KO bought it. Past owners were easy to communicate with, I am disappointed.
