This place is a joke. Scheduled to get internet setup. Dude shows up and says he can't install it because he's got to get in the attic to run new cables because mine are bad and it's too hot to get up there (policy is >90 degrees, it was 85 degrees). I ask if we can just plug the router in to see if it works (we're already running cable off of COAX), or if we can test the outlets or something. He is being so squirrelly and making things up as he goes and says a bunch of "against policy things". He was going to leave without even testing the outlets, he just didn't want to do anything and I got on the phone with his supervisor and his supervisor did nothing but make excuses as well. He said he couldn't touch any of the cables because they were DISH's and against company policy. I said those are my cables, he slumps over and exhales. I finally get him to test the all the outlets and he just plugs his meter in and immediately says it's too much noise and he'll have to come back. They come back the next day and my Mom wastes her lunch to meet them there, they walk in and plug the router into the outlet they said was bad, (never going into the attic or replacing a single cable) say all is is good, as the hotspot is blinking red and walk out without testing it. Of course it doesn't work. I spend 20 minutes on call with IT again and she can't find record of anything and schedules a service 11 days out, again during work hours, for them to come back out and take a look. Of course I just told them to come pick their shit up. I'd rather support Elon anyways.

I've had some type of problem ever since the 1st day I got vyve cable, 8 years ago. And today I have at least 5 channels froze for the last 4 days. When I worked for the local (oklahoma) cable provider, and had problems, we fixed the problem that day. it's always 2 or 3 days with vyve and never on weekends. Way to go. Something to be proud of.

Very inconsistent service. Lazy technicians that leave all of the cables laying around in your yard.

The worst internet provider in Dalhart!!!! Stay away from this company I had no internet for 11 days. They sent different techs out 7 times and my internet is still not working! No corporate office help DO NOT GET VYVE IT IS HORRIBLE!!!! NOT ONLY BAD TECHS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MY WIFI WILL NOT CONNECT AND NO ONE WILL COME FIX IT!!

The people in the office are very friendly and helpful but I had issues with the installation and have had issues paying my bill through the automated system. But no problems at all with the actual wifi service.

Have had it for over 3 months now and have had 0 issues. Staff is friendly and they take care of you! On the prepaid service but I game on COD and DOTA constantly and have never even come close to hitting the cap. Absolutely love it. 40 bucks a month is way better than the 140 I was paying at PTCI ???
