I recommend that you do not buy washing machines here in this store. I bought a washing machine on November 5th of this year and it is having problems and I went to get a solution and they told me that they couldn't, that it wasn't their problem and you still don't have my washing machine. two months, so their job is to collect the money and they don't care about the rest.

I assure you not to buy here because after financing it, when you go back for another problem, they tell you that you do not appear in the system and that you are the one who has to call the washing machine company so that they can fix it for you. My score is zero but it's a shame you don't have to give it a star.

This is my first time to feel the need to review any product or business. Being raised in a family owned business all my life I was taught to shop at home. I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems plus it was delivered with a scratch and dent. I’ve received absolutely no assistance replacement or compensation from Hometown. Buying an appliance ANYWHERE but there would be better.

Their refrigerators only last a year and a half…and the guy on the phone basically admitted that they don’t last long… this place is like a cheesy car dealership… they are only nice to you until you buy it, and get it out the door.

My-oh-my. We went in to replace a microwave oven. The clerk was sitting at a desk, on her phone, no greeting nor acknowledgement that we were even in the building. We saw the microwaves on the shelf, went to look at what was available. We had made our decision, and ended up waiting for the clerk to come help us. Checking out, the clerk rang up the incorrect price. I had to correct her, and was given the correct price. I asked if they had a cart to take it to my pickup, a quick reply of 'no' and the clerk walked away. Not the best shopping experience.

Holly was excellent. I texted her a day or 2 prior to my purchase to get measurements and walked in at 5:55 when they close at 6 and she said she didn't mind waiting. As bad as I felt for keeping her after closing time she helped me with a smile. I apologized for keeping her and she said it was no problem and she will do what she has to for her customers.

We spoke for a washing machine here on a Wednesday and arranged to pick it up Friday. When I got there they had sold it. The owner apologized but the sticky note with my wife’s name was still there, it had been peeled off and put on the side of another washing sitting behind the one we were buying. My main issue was that owner then said said he wouldn’t work with us on a discount on another machine despite their error. He said they would call us back Monday to order a different one. Never heard from them. Old washing machine was already moved out so I was in a bind and it’s a 60 mile round trip my my house to Guymon.We were able to find the same machine with a slightly larger capacity at Circle D Appliance in liberal for $140 less. Yes $140 less at a store 40 miles away!

Great service, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions about Speed Queen washing machines. Plus they had them in stock.
