That is the place to go if you need more than groceries, for me it is a one stop shop. They always have what I need. I even use the pharmacy. I get everything there.

Well I brought my truck in to get some tires put on. I bought online. Did shopping for 2 and 1/2 hours and spent two or more dollars waiting on my truck. I need a really good job. Really appreciate the work. Still the best place to buy tires in town

Our Little Walmart in Guthrie is the best!!! My pickups are always perfect. The staff is always friendly and kind. Taylor from the Bakery literally saved the day with a last minute order of 200 cupcakes with only a 2 hour notice and she took care of it for me!! I love our walmart!!

Not even kidding, first time I've walked out of any Walmart and been shocked at the experience. It was weird and very welcome. Is this a corporate show store?! It was awesome...everything was faced...if you know what that means, then, you know what I mean.

My car was taken into the auto department for a tire repair. After receiving a vehicle completed text and after waiting several more min, I went outside to see why my vehicle still wasn't in the parking lot for me to leave. My vehicle was in a bay with an auto dept employee attempting to zip tie my front bumper back in place. I was told and it was put on my receipt that my bumper got caught on the lift as it was being backed up. The manager denied that anything happened or that zip ties were in process of being placed. He, in fact, stated that my car came in the shop like that. 2 other employees did tell the truth in stating what happened with the lift. The store manager on duty was called. She stated that a claim would be started, that I did not need to contact my insurance, and to wait until Walmart contacted us. After being advised to make a police report of incident (unable to, due to it being a civil matter), the police officer did help me get the Walmart claim number, which I was told that I could not get at that time but would be given to me when I received the call regarding the incident from WalMart. The officer did let her know, that by law, Walmart was required to give it to me. As of today, 4 days later, I still have not received a call from any employee of Walmart. I have called the Walmart 800 number several times to try and get assistance from them with getting a rental car. I was able to find out that my claims processor's name is Kelly. However, I am unable to reach her, and she will not return my calls. I am very thankful that I did go ahead and contact my own insurance company, so they could start the process of getting my vehicle repaired. I am very disappointed and disgusted by how Walmart has and is handling this misfortune that was found and admitted to being their fault.

Ordered tires online and then attempted to cancel a few days before install appt. The online people messed up and only cancelled one tire, said I needed to go to the store to handle the other 3. The lady in the back with the tires said I had to go to customer service desk and they would refund my card that was charged $600. Lady up front said order is cancelled, nothing she can do. Now I have a $600 charge, no tires. Fantastic help.

We moved from Stillwater a college town and thought the issues with pets being everywhere would be better in a small town with older people but I see about 3 pets in here a day. As a dog trainer and someone who used to need a service dog If you are to scared to make people follow the law then don’t own a business. Faking a service dog is illegal if it’s in a cart, in your arms or has a ESA or SD ID its 100% fake. A real service dog costs thousands of dollars. They don’t ask for recipes cause it makes people mad but when it comes to following the law they don’t say anything even though it’s written in the disability law you can deny someone who’s dog is being disruptive. Glad to know Walmart discriminates against disabled people. I’ll make sure next time I move it’s either closer to Edmond where I can shop anywhere but Walmart

Well, I could never reach a store operator. Perhaps they were busy. Although I see this with a lot of Walmarts that they're very difficult to ever get customer service on the phone, I don't know if it's a money saving issue or they're just slammed, but at least someone from online delivery was able to answer my question because he knew the store inventory well enough. I've certainly had Walmarts where their water station was either broken or not in operation or they just didn't have one. So I don't want to drive 20 minutes out of my way wasting my time. Thank you for having at least someone that could answer the gosh darn phone. Happy labor day weekend! Please be sure to try to get some organic produce and options for me if you would like some business from your favorite health nut. I know this is something they have slowly but surely been trying to work on for quite a few years now on a national level, although I'm pretty sure it varies based on location and demographics.

My daughter has sensory issues and deaf in one air. Today at Walmart in Guthrie, OK my daughter had an episode of sensory overload and sat on the ground. She was pale and almost fainted. A lady named Wendy who works there came up to her and talked with her while getting some PB crackers for her. She sat there with her till she was better and could get up! Thank you Wendy words are not enough to show the appreciation I have for what you did for my daughter! You went above and beyond!

Great burgers at a fair price. Not made until you order, nothing sitting in a warming tray that never works like at those other places.

I get stopped at the door for my receipt everytime. Yes I understand the door person is just doing as they are told but I have also seen multiple people walk out that has bought things and its not bagged as she is talking to ppl or checking receipts. I actually went through a cashier today too. If you don't trust ppl to do your job then put the cashiers back to work.

I did a grocery delivery for a family member because I live in another state. The driver (Susan) said she delivered the food at 8:08am but it wasn't! I called and they resubmitted a request for redelivery. The manager was great btw. Then about 30 mins later he called and said the food was on the porch. It took her an hour and a half to deliver it and she did not knock or get a signature as requested. My family didn't even know it was there until I told her to go check for the 100th time. I even faced timed her to make sure it really wasn't there or on someone else's porch. That's unacceptable! Do better!!

This store has the rudest employees I have seen. The people at the door take their job way too seriously and chase you if you don’t show them your receipt.
