Why is Jenna so rude? Every time I call or she helps me in person she's extremely rude and talks to people like they are stupid. I've had this encounter with her enough times to know she isn't just having a bad day. Maybe customer service isn't the best job suited for her.Switching to Cornwell now.

I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection. My doctor called my prescription in but a common antibiotic they could not get for 4 days. So they called my doctor and got a different one. So I had to wait until the next day, went to pick it up and they only had a few, had to come back the next day they had a few more. They ordered more and I went to pick it up a couple days later and it was not ready. Waited and then they said sorry we are going to look lunch. Came back 30 minute yes later and finally got the last 4 pills. 5 tries to get one prescription filled. Inept. After 30 years of using Walgreens I am done.

The NICEST pharmacy staff ever. Seriously. I've had so many issues with insurance and they have been so sweet and kind explaining everything. They were super nice when my kids went repeatedly for covid testing. Been using them for 2 years and it's been fantastic.

I talked with a woman pharmacist who' was extremely knowledgeable on the phone. I went to the store and she was even more helpful. She helped me figure out the right eye medicine, lotion, etc. Specifically for my situation. Staff very good at protecting privacy. Shelves well -stocked.

Sorry late review I usually don't give bad reviews Was going to walgreens sense around 2009 till 2021 They went down hill when a few staff quit in. Takes hours to get meds filled always out of stock on couple of meds i get every month. They have gotten rud. Half of them don't know what they are doing couple of pharmacist could give me a straight answer on a med wanted to know if i could take with anoter one because they both make you very sleepy So now go to local home town pharmacy never out of my meds amazing people work there treat you like family very knowledgeable about medicines sorry for bad review

When I moved to Guthrie in 2014 I started getting my prescription filled here at Walgreens. There is no way that I can tell you how good the customer service is at this particular location. Fahad, Derek and Barbara and others will go way beyond to help you and with an attitude that is so nice and refreshing. In October of 2020 I moved and today I am back here, and guess why? There is no pharmacy staff that can compare to them anywhere. You give respect and you get respect. Way to go Division Walgreens. Happy to hear your happy and friendly voice..as usual..Barbara!!

Needed to pickup a blood clot prevention medication after having major surgery this week and were sent to guthrie because they supposedly had it in stock. Drove 45 min out there and they had half of the order. Tried to move the rx back to our normal walgreens and were told we would have to pay the copay again unless we used the guthrie store again. Called the next day to see if the medications had come in to complete the prescription and were told it was ready. Drove another 45 min to guthrie and were told it wasn't ready due to some sooner care issue, not sure why that would matter since we don't use soonercare, and that they were short staffed. They said they would get right on it and have it ready in 15 min and would text us. We drove 5 min away when we were sent a text, turned around and came right back for them and they were closed for 30 min for lunch. Never had issues like this with a store before and never been treated so poorly. Definitely won't be back, I'll stick with the stores who treat customers with honesty and kindness.

On 8-3-22 I called in to check on my prescription and was told it would be $23. When I went to pick it up, just an hour later, I was charged $32.68. I was not paying attention and didn't notice it until I got home. I called them and asked about the price change and was told it was because of the distributor charge. Never will deal with Walgreen again.
