Called to get my Escape serviced on Monday and was able to get in that same day. When I arrived, although under construction, I was driven over to another waiting area by golf cart. Extremely kind and above and beyond great service. My car was ready much faster than I ever thought. Dennis and his team are great and I highly recommend Vance for all your service needs. Thank you, everyone!

We were on a trip with our travel trailer and had the battery die on our truck over night. Got a jump and took it to Vance and they got it checked and charged. They also found a very clogged cabin air filter that should have been checked by the dealership we took the truck to for an oil change in St Louis on a previous trip. And checked the status of recalls. We are so pleased that we found this dealer for service. Next time we pass through we will be sure to stop here if we need service.

The substance of getting work done on your vehicle is really good. It's easy to get in, normally the work is done quickly and efficiently, they communicate well with you, the work is of quality and the cost is relatively low.
I did have some superficial problems with the desk staff specifically at the truck shop. Reception told me I couldn't check out when I arrived because the service desk was gone to lunch, but she would be back in 30 minutes. I had been dropped off and 30 minutes is no big deal, I decided to wait. However the service desk didn't actually return for an hour, and then when she finally checked me out she said someone else had been in the office that could have helped me, had I not been told I had no choice but to wait by reception. Very disorganized, poor communication and borderline unprofessional, definitely inconvenienced me that day.
But 4 stars for the work quality and cost value which is really the essential part of the service anyway.

Was traveling to tn. Picked up a nail in tire. Pulled off interstate and pulled in to Vance. Less than 45 min later we were on our way worked us right in. Dennis was great

Our appointment time was 8:30 and they took our vehicle into the shop at 8:30. They updated progress one time. We think the signage that says closed go next door is confusing. The showroom is closed but the shop is open. The sign is posted next to the drive, hmmm which confused us. All will be great again when the showroom reopens after the remodel.
