“We only really had a 30 minute experience with this dealer, and didn't end up purchasing, but the limited experience we *did* have makes me wish I lived closer whenever it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.My wife and I have been shopping for a van for her, and new vans are too expensive for us to afford right now, especially since we already purchased a new 2024 Chevy Trax 1RS in May (Not from this dealer, though).Anyway, we had been searching online and found a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica that was pretty close to our price range, and was well taken care of. We were making the 3 hour drive to OKC for a mini-vacay, so we decided to come take a look as well. We had spoken to Jerrel (Sorry I called you Jerry! ?) yesterday, Jan 26 '24, to see if it was available. I told him straight up when I submitted the inquiry "Please do not call if it is pending sale, has any deposits on it, or price can't be negotiated, as we've already been screwed by 3 other dealers". I'm normally not that harsh, but I've been so frustrated with the experiences we had with 4 other dealers, that I couldn't take it anymore. He called me and basically said he wouldn't screw around, the car is available, and we can come at any time we wanted. Side-note: He's a finance guy, not a salesperson, so no reason to screw around because he has nothing to gain. Anyway, we popped by today, and met with him. He took us to the car, and the first thing he did was point out a pretty nice dent in the side. I've never had a dealer show their vehicles' flaws, most try to hide them. The dent wasn't that big of an issue so we took it for a test drive. On that drive, we had great conversation, we talked about the vehicle and the area, and the whole time we didn't feel pressured at all; He was 100% honest with us about everything, even the "bad" stuff (A.K.A. the dent and some scuffs in the vehicle).Truthfully, the vehicle was in near perfect condition, and we loved it, but as I said, we had very specific criteria since this would be my wife's car for the foreseeable future and she wanted everything exactly to her specs (Can't really blame her!). Since it wasn't the color we were looking for, we decided against purchasing it. He understood, and gave us some recommendations for good lunch spots there in town. The whole time we didn't feel pressured, lied to, cheated, or any other emotion that dealerships tend to make you feel.If we were shopping for another *new* vehicle and lived closer by, I would, in a heartbeat, be back here. In fact, I may be back here regardless of the 3 hour drive the next time we're shopping, because the experience was nothing short of incredible.”
