This will be the second review I have written since my first seems to have ‘disappeared’. My daughter bought her first new car from them and let me start with the fact Al Jackson was amazing! The sales manager, Phil B and finance guy, Steve Austin were NOT. They were condescending and misogynistic. Tried NOT to give her certain discounts her dad has earned working at GM last 25 years and told her she wouldn’t qualify for a loan which she was already approved for at a lower rate (they could not of gotten her) at her bank. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. Worst experience buying a car we have ever had. No wonder they no longer sell top line vehicles such as Cadillac, since they definitely do NOT have what it takes for that caliber.

Recently John Vance told me they would void my warranty if I didnt let them change the cabin filter on my vehicle. This part cost 20ish dollars and five minutes to change. They charged us almost $60. This also includes wiper blades but that is for the next oil change, guess they need to spread it out. This dealership is absolute BS and is going to nickel and dime you out of as much money as possible. I will not buy another car from John Vance. If you think this review is false I'll be the first one in line to tell you that I told you so. 9/11/24
Update: Greg contacted me to discuss the matter. We were able to reach an agreement and they made it right. 9/12/24

Our salesman Al Jackson was super nice and helpful. He has a great personality and recommend asking for him when you go in. Only regret we have is the brand new Buick Envision we bought a week ago went on sale for 2000.00 below msrp! I suggest being patient and take your time shopping around.

I bought a new Ram truck here from Luiz, Excellent and very honest dealer. He actually puts the needs of each customer way above his own desires. Vance auto has my business from now on. Give them call and ask for Luiz and have the same wonderful buying experience I had!!!

I purchased a brand new 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 from John Vance auto group on 3/28/2024. It came with an engines for life warranty, one of the main reasons I purchased it from John Vance. I drive anywhere from 4-5,000 miles a month, so I change oil about once a month. One of the stipulations of keeping engines for life valid is the requirement to have John Vance do the ongoing maintenance. I changed the air filter and cabin filter at a different dealership, because it needed to be changed. Today, they rendered the warranty null and void, because I took the initiative to change filters as they needed to be changed. I do not recommend this dealership and will not be back myself. The main service rep., John is not a very pleasant person to deal with. He is rude, demonstrative and loud.

This is my second time purchasing from John Vance in Guthrie. Both times I've had the best experience. Al has been very helpful the entire way as well as the finance team. They truly treat you like family. The vehicle I was interested in , I had also seen at a dealership closer to me in the city but as I told Al and the team I really don't want to go to a different dealership. They worked around the clock with me and through multiple phone calls and they made it all come together for me. It's hard to find a dealership that listens and actually cares. I will continue to purchase from them as well as refer all friends and family to them !

I was looking into getting a car whenever mine decided to break down. I got referred to Al Jackson by a friend and he called immediately to get the process started. That was a Friday 08/09/2024. I told him what I was looking to spend, which car I liked, and what features were a must. He said he could swing that. Monday came and it wasnt the car I was expecting it to be, however it still had all my features I needed. 7 seats, I wanted the lifetime powertrain warranty, and my price range. I told him to go ahead and run my credit and get the process started. This was 08/12/2024 at around 0800. I get a call on my lunch that everything is worked out, all I have to do is come down and sign paperwork. I told Al Jackson I was busy until about 1830 and he said no problem we can stay! We arrive at 1948 (they close at 2000), and this was by FAR the EASIEST I have ever walked out of the doors with a car! I wasn’t there but 30-45 minutes and everything was good to go!!!
If you’re looking to buy here, Al Jackson is one of the best! I’m super happy with my purchase and that he was able to work with me even though I didn’t give him a whole lot to work with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the service advisor to the technician, they keep me informed of the progress of my vehicles and of any issues found, they offer a shuttle service if needed and have a very nice waiting room with water and other refreshments available. I highly recommend them and have been a customer for over 6 years.
