If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't understand who is managing this place, and how the lack of service can be so poor. I made an appointment, dropped off my truck at the appointment time, and waited 5 days. I have called repeatedly, and been sent to voicemail the majority of the time. Apparently having an appointment doesn't mean anything... as they have not even looked at my vehicle to see what is wrong with it. This is the second time bringing my truck in, and the only reason I brought it back, is because my service light turned on after they had worked on it. This second appointment was to see what they had done wrong, and it is still a mystery. I made an appointment elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

terrible service. I waited more than 4 hrs for an oil change and filter change and the only thing that they say to me \\\"already leaves in 10 min\\\" the workers on their cell phones and the manager talking with a worker for more than an hour and my car does not have the hood had open...The only reason I'm coming is for the car warranty but if you can, look for a better option

Great cars, really really poor service dept. Broke off oil dipstick in my Chrysler 300, left it there, never said a word about it. Once discovered, their unwilling to take responsibility and now can't check oil in car at all. Very poor service. Won't buy new cars there just because of the Chrysler service side

I contacted John Vance Motors because they were so helpful last time! Well this time i got ahold of a new guy Julian who apparently hadn't been there long and told me i could trade in my new 2019 Jeep with just 500 miles without registering it. I asked if he was sure he called and texted the first day about a new 2919 Camaro he said they needed to move. He maybe text me back once or twice. Then nothing so I finally called the dealership and knew nothing of it and i told them my situation and if they didn't want to work with me or my business I'd go elsewhere. Well Julian sent a text saying he didn't know anything but his boss would be there Saturday, they ran my credit twice dinging my score then I get a lame a** text Saturday afternoon from Julian saying they can't do anything until i register my Jeep, what a waste of time! I'm so disappointed in the way i was treated and will never buy from them again! I'm also upset about running my credit twice and no car no I'm sorry no please come back when you get your Jeep registered just a lame text shame on you!

We took our vehicle to the service department and can not say enough great things about our experience. Gabe & Nick Cohlmia are the guys to work with. Nick has a reputation as one of the best service techs around. They kept me updated. Fast turnaround time. It was worth the drive from Shawnee and will do it in the future.

I have not bought a car from John Vance. But I have taken my Durango there for a recall and some damage I did when I hit a pot hole. They have been great! They called me before they ordered any parts, told me up front what the price would be with the labor included and did it all while talking to my insurance company. I could not praise them enough.

How much does John Vance pay for good reviews? Product Knowledge: F I had to figure out how amazing the 2019 RAM is all on my own because neither sales person could answer my questions. Luck for them that truck can sell itself. Customer Service: F Waited for literal hours to sign papers for the vehicle. Plenty of people standing around, only to be told that my NEW $70k wouldn't be detailed even though it sat there for 3 hours. I left my truck with them for 4 hours to get detailed on another day only to have them tell me that it would need to stay overnight. Meanwhile...guess who had to scrape stickers off the windshield and wheels and peel plastic off the chrome....definitely no one at John Vance! Customer Satisfaction: F After 4 weeks of back and forth on a small plastic snap grommet on the floor mat that was missing when I laid them out, I was finally told that they can't do anything for me because it would have had to be replaced before the truck left the lot. So them not detailing my truck and laying out the floor mats that were smashed under the back seat is MY PROBLEM?? It's not like I bought some old used POS of the lot! IT"S A BRAND NEW 2019 RAM! Mind you, I got home at 9:30 PM, installed the floor mats myself, noticed the missing grommet, and called my salesman the next day! Parts Department: F Don't expect them to answer the phone even if your salesperson tells you that they have talked to them and they are waiting for your call. Don't expect them to call you back if you leave a message either. THEY DON"T WANT YOUR MONEY NOR YOUR BUSINESS! Customer Care: F You will get plenty of emails from a lady named Julie Peterson, complete with a title, and phone number. The email is asking if you would like more information on your truck or any of the additional products. I called the office and asked for Julie in hopes of getting in touch with the parts department, and was treated like I was stupid for asking for her because Julie is just a computer response. Nice guys...great job. Sales Team: F I was told by both the salesperson and sales manager that there are issues with communication at John Vance, but they would personally take care of me. Don't wait for the phone to ring anytime soon as they take care of your issues. Lifetime Warranty Confidence: F They say that they are providing a no-cost lifetime powertrain warranty...uh-huh...I can't even get a missing snap grommet on a floor mat valued at $1.50 replaced....how can I trust that they will take care of any powertrain issues!? Do yourself a favor....BUY A 2019 DODGE RAM...IT IS TRULY AN AMAZING TRUCK! JUST DON'T GO TO GUTHRIE TO FIND ONE! YOU AREN'T WORTH THEIR TIME!
