The car purchasing process literally ranks right up there with passing a kidney stone! This is the 3rd car we have purchased here and there is a simple explanation: customer service. I cannot stand the pressure sales tactics, the misleading info and the hours long back and forth. That is why we shop here. We have looked for months for the SUV we wanted but couldn’t find it anywhere. Christian called us to advise one with everything we wanted was being delivered. And a couple of weeks later it came in. The negotiations were fast and fair. Christian and Steel were both very easy to communicate with as was the sales manager. We had papers signed and we’re driving home in less than an hour (not counting the visit for test drive etc). If you want a low key, no stress car buying experience, it really doesn’t get any easier than John Vance.

Had to make a pit stop here to turn off a few codes that came on my car on my way home. They were very quick to help me, had me in and out in 5 minutes. They were so kind and I would highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't understand who is managing this place, and how the lack of service can be so poor. I made an appointment, dropped off my truck at the appointment time, and waited 5 days. I have called repeatedly, and been sent to voicemail the majority of the time. Apparently having an appointment doesn't mean anything... as they have not even looked at my vehicle to see what is wrong with it. This is the second time bringing my truck in, and the only reason I brought it back, is because my service light turned on after they had worked on it. This second appointment was to see what they had done wrong, and it is still a mystery.

Exemplary treatment by Mr. Dennis Linn!! The best part was the golf cart ride to the finance office, they went above and beyond to help you get the beautiful Jeep Rubicon I wanted and love. I was achallenging customer, because my credit was frozen, they were gracious enough to help me work through that! Yes, I will recommend John Vance Motors and staff to all my friends and family!

Blayze did amazing working with my husband and I to get us into a bigger and better vehicle. He didn’t give up and continued to find a way to get us into what we were looking for. I would highly recommend giving John Vance a chance when looking for a new vehicle. They go above and beyond for their customers to make sure they get into what they’re looking for.

Well, at first, I felt like I was family I was treated well and they gave me a water and all kinds of stuff but I’m attention deficit disorder, so I normally need somebody to read a contract there that’s with me and I didn’t have time to get my lawyer to come with me up there and assigned all this paperwork and it comes out that my interest-rate is over 10% which I wasn’t told they didn’t give me a gap which I asked for they got me the lifetime extenders warranty which I do really much appreciate that butter Also have two key for batteries that are about dead but I left the lot is up and having trouble getting my car started when I’m not driving to Guthrie to get batteries and the right signal light is out and it’s also I have some deals with the payments like, I think my payments like 388 my month but if I don’t pay it off within 10 within so long if I just pay it out normally they’re gonna charge me $10,000 in interest and none of this they told me they just told me that it was gonna cost me $18,000 and something and it was gonna cost a little bit more for the Fees itself which I think the application fee was 250 or 500 and they can give me a $700 camera gap insurance I kind of think this is ridiculous. I’m a little upset about it. I almost wanna talk to a manager and I might have to bring it back and trade it in because it’s really really really Ridiculous. I love the car but I’m not gonna pay some. If I had enough money I wouldn’t mind because then I could pay you know 500 bucks a month and knock down the principal. I just compared my old two statements from my last vehicle and they gave me a 6.74 annual interest rate, but the vehicle itself is 23487.00 and so if you’re making two payments my deductions from the top of the principal at another $374.89 only gave me $114.55 off. Anyways, these people are good people, but I wish the guy in finance I can’t remember his name and Jason Bobby would give me a ruin the more detail and explain to me what exactly it might be silent. They just show me the $18,000 and I was like oh it’s a steal as he gets do it in the new Amina I know how you guys work I just wish I would’ve been more honest with me and told me what I was gonna be paying for plumbing I mean I’m a Christian person and that’s what Christian people do. I feel like you’re screwing me over..

Call to schedule an appointment for an oil change an get the run around. I actually talked to a person and got sent back to an automated system. I can go somewhere else and get better service then that!!!! Thanks John Vance!

Our experience was possibly one of the best we’ve ever had. We were looking for a truck to replace a car we had passed down to his sister. Daniel was kind and just east to be around. Our finance guy, forgive me for not recalling his name, but did a fantastic job navigating this deal.Our son thought he was coming to pick me up from the dealership because my pickup needed serviced. We told him it was going to cost a bit and I would have to finance the repairs, so we would add him to the credit app so he could begin earning some credit. When all was complete, we walked outside to get my “things from the broken down truck” and Daniel handed our son the keys to his Co-Singed 2012 ram 2500. Our son was completely taken back by this as he still had no clue what had just happened. It was terrific. Thanks Vance team. You made this fun and memorable.

I have bought several vehicles from Bryan Lewis at John Vance. Bryan was a great communicator and gave me up front vehicle pricing. I was also impressed by the service department when taking my vehicles in for routine maintence. I highly recommend John Vance.

Braiden Shoulders was very helpful and professional in guiding me through the purchase of my new Dodge truck—-no “high pressure sales” behavior at all. I quite enjoyed the experience.I purchased running boards through John Vance, but had to wait, as they were not in stock. Three days later, Braiden (with the assistance of his colleague Abul) came to our home in Edmond, delivered the truck to the shop, and then delivered the truck back to my home——all between Noon and 5:00.I am very impressed.

My experience at John Vance is is always Great! Marcia and Phill were amazing! I called Monday afternoon and told them what was looking for and this was my budget. Made an appointment online for 5:30, but it turns out this location stops maintance at 4:30. And the service department closes at 6pm. Greg took me in still and help me out regardless. Greg’s team is always professional and helpful and I’d recommend their services! FYI - Better to call and schedule instead of using the online tool
