Mixed experience that got worse.
1. Bought a new truck, had a 3Y/36000 mileage bumper coverage and 5Y/100k powertrain warranty. Was sold a “extended warranty” that covered bumper to bumper when it runs out. Only problem is the “extended warranty” started the day I drove the truck off the lot so why am I paying for this?
2. Warranty, I had an issue with another dealership with some warranty parts and they were not put on correctly. Instead of saying we will get you covered they said “here is a phone number, you can get it figured out” I had to jump through hoops to get the issue squared away with no real help.
3. With that wonderful warranty again, your truck is probably going to get dropped off and sit at the shop for at least a week before they can “look at it” Why did I make an appointment if that’s the case? The reasoning at the fleet center was lack of techs… Can I get a rental?…nope lmao.
4. Every time I call this dealership I get someone’s voicemail and don’t get a call back til at best the next day.
Make sure you pick your dealership wisely so you don’t have to keep dealing with what I have been.

I highly recommend John Vance and his team. My power steering on my Jeep suddenly went out. The service department took a look at everything and found the problem quickly. Greg provided clear communication making the repair process as smooth as possible. I’ll take my car back for any future problems!

Always excellent service in a timely manner. Greg is always polite and professional. I drive 180 miles every time I need an oil change and do not regret it.

don't bother this place doesn't give a rip about customers....ordered a recall cat converter took 3 months to come in ( which is fine it usually does recall parts are in high demand and low production ) which is 100 percent understandable. set an appt for approximately 2 weeks after the day parts arrived ( 2 weeks time heads up its coming ), made arrangements to drop off the night before with Hannah a service advisor or appt setter so the exhaust would cool off overnight , took 2 hours off work early which cost me 2 hours wages and borrowed a car from a family member... was told it was a half day job and would be ready Friday afternoon..... dropped off car night before , next morning I get an automated text saying I would get updates and could text back...so 230 comes around I text it back no response , 4 rolls around I text again no response , I leave work early missing another hour of work thinking it will be done (and work an hour and 15 minutes away ) I call every 15 minutes trying to ensure it's done until 6pm ( 5 times ) no one answers so I just go home , finally get a text back at 630 saying they never worked on it and it would be done later on Monday because even though service is open in Saturday the main shop isn't....which means now I have to take off work again to pick up , rearrange that family members schedule again, if I were to keep the borrowed car , miss another 2 hours of wages. we are also due to trade this jeep in and get a new one ....I will now make another wasted trip to pick it up on Saturday without the job beimg done, they can return the parts , I will schedule with another dealership and work out a trade in and purchase with someone else ( which will probably cost me more time off of work ) ....I worked at a Chrysler dodge jeep dealership and a Acura Porsche dealership in another state and if I treated my customers like this I wouldn't have had many left. stuff happens and I could have even been ok with the delay but the lack of communication is what is most frustrating. can't even call or text to say we messed up , someone called in sick , we overscheduled ...whatever the issue probably would have been understandable , but no communication means you don't care. you get paid a percentage over cost on the part and .7 per flag hour on labor under warranty so you are making money on a fairly easy job. too many other dealerships to take your car too in surrounding areas...choose somewhere else , I will after we pick up the car without the repair being done.
