As someone who’s not a family friend or a town native here’s my reviewLady on the phone is rude and sounds like she’d rather being doing something else. Answered the another call mid conversation like I wouldn’t notice. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist is a b****. Had work here done once. Our regular mechanic was busy so we went to Hirzel’s. The staff is knowledgeable, and handled our vehicle with care. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for a fair price and we would definitely go back the next time our vehicle breaks down.

Stole $50 from a family memberWe already knew what was wrong with the truck and it broke down had it sitting on the right away and they took it upon themselves to take it and look at it without permission and then wouldn't let the tow truck take it until they got there money
