We only really had a 30 minute experience with this dealer, and didn't end up purchasing, but the limited experience we *did* have makes me wish I lived closer whenever it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.My wife and I have been shopping for a van for her, and new vans are too expensive for us to afford right now, especially since we already purchased a new 2024 Chevy Trax 1RS in May (Not from this dealer, though).Anyway, we had been searching online and found a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica that was pretty close to our price range, and was well taken care of. We were making the 3 hour drive to OKC for a mini-vacay, so we decided to come take a look as well. We had spoken to Jerrel (Sorry I called you Jerry! ?) yesterday, Jan 26 '24, to see if it was available. I told him straight up when I submitted the inquiry "Please do not call if it is pending sale, has any deposits on it, or price can't be negotiated, as we've already been screwed by 3 other dealers". I'm normally not that harsh, but I've been so frustrated with the experiences we had with 4 other dealers, that I couldn't take it anymore. He called me and basically said he wouldn't screw around, the car is available, and we can come at any time we wanted. Side-note: He's a finance guy, not a salesperson, so no reason to screw around because he has nothing to gain. Anyway, we popped by today, and met with him. He took us to the car, and the first thing he did was point out a pretty nice dent in the side. I've never had a dealer show their vehicles' flaws, most try to hide them. The dent wasn't that big of an issue so we took it for a test drive. On that drive, we had great conversation, we talked about the vehicle and the area, and the whole time we didn't feel pressured at all; He was 100% honest with us about everything, even the "bad" stuff (A.K.A. the dent and some scuffs in the vehicle).Truthfully, the vehicle was in near perfect condition, and we loved it, but as I said, we had very specific criteria since this would be my wife's car for the foreseeable future and she wanted everything exactly to her specs (Can't really blame her!). Since it wasn't the color we were looking for, we decided against purchasing it. He understood, and gave us some recommendations for good lunch spots there in town. The whole time we didn't feel pressured, lied to, cheated, or any other emotion that dealerships tend to make you feel.If we were shopping for another *new* vehicle and lived closer by, I would, in a heartbeat, be back here. In fact, I may be back here regardless of the 3 hour drive the next time we're shopping, because the experience was nothing short of incredible.

This was truly a no fuss, no hassle experience. Devin Keathley was upfront and communicative on a used truck we were interested in. We were 45 minutes away and needed information before coming to see in person. He gave us pictures, videos and even met us on his day off when we did decide to come in. Everyone in the office was honest and welcoming. A very relaxed atmosphere and no gimmicks. Highly recommend this dealership and will check here in future if looking for a car. Jerrell in finance was upfront and did not try to sell us what we did not need. Truly a different set of values than the typical car dealership. A delightful experience. In and out in a couple of hours. We did do a cash deal but still very enjoyable which is rarely heard of in car deals.

I can’t brag enough on how great Eskridge Chevrolet is! I had to have my transmission replaced and not only that, I had to have it replaced during the automotive shutdown. The service team had me up and running in no time given the circumstances. Janine in service is very professional and a blast to work with! She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I will definitely be back to this dealership instead of my local dealer for any future service!

I bought a car here back in March. They were so honest about everything, gave me a good deal on my trade in and helped me get a good interest rate for my loan. My car has had 0 issues so far and I love it. Highly recommend them!

Replete customer here! !Beware of price! Keep track of the internet pricing and what they put on paper. I for taken for 1000 dollars!I knew something was off on the price, I did change trucks for the least junk one they had on the lot. Take your business elsewhere honest. They know what they did and oops nadda to fix after it's"Funded" to them of course.

Service department doesn’t know what they’re doing. Took my truck in after the engine light came on they supposedly fixed it and it came back on within 10 miles of driving. Took it back and payed 2600 dollars and the light still came back on after a couple days. Absolutely frustrated and tired of their service department. Would not recommend, take your car somewhere else.

Today I had my car serviced. I set the appointment up online and received text messages for reminders. The service department had excellent customer service and communication skills. They notified me of what they were replacing and/or suggesting to fix, along with the cost. They were friendly and genuinely seemed to appreciate my business.
