The worst customer service I have ever experienced. This was my 3rd attempt at getting some issues resolved on my vehicle since March. I scheduled my 3rd appointment and was given a call the day before and told they needed to reschedule for a month later. I dropped my car off on Oct 5th, I called 5 days later for an update and was told that they could not find the paperwork on my vehicle and needed to call me back. I received a call later and was informed unfortunately my car was overlooked and nothing had been done on it. They would get right on it and give me a call as to what is going on. I called several times and left messages through the next week with no return calls and finally the lovely lady who answers the phone had someone return my call. I explained the situation and was assured they wanted to make it right and would get right on it. I was told I would receive a loaner car and someone would be calling me to arrange. 4 days later still no call or loaner vehicle. Today I have had contact with 4 employees who have all told me a different story. I was going to be given a truck, no a car that they tagged and then my car was ready and they were going to be delivering my car back. The manager was going to have the car detailed because of all the hassle ( which was not the case) I was told that 2 technicians and the contact person had all looked at the vehicle and they could not get a read on any problems and the vehicle was good to go. The car was delivered while I was gone, and as soon as I saw it I immediately noticed that not one of the issues had been resolved. So it basically took them 2 weeks to change the oil, that is all that was accomplished while the car was there. I don’t know what the problem is with their service department, but we will never go back to John Vance. No one seems to know anything and they all just pass the blame on each other. They definitely do not communicate with one another and don’t tell the same stories! Ridiculous

I own a 2020 Ford Transit van and the A/C went out. I brought the car up there, dropped it off and they initially told me it would be a few days. A week later I received a call and they told me that they were waiting on a part and it would be another week and $1800 dollars to fix. I told them to go ahead and do it. A few days later they called and said that it was still broke, and they needed another part plus more labor and it would be another $1800 dollars. I needed the van because my wife and I foster and are Sped teachers and have ten kids. I had to tell them go ahead and get it done again. $3600 dollars and three weeks later I got my van back drove ten miles down the road and the AC was still broke. I took a day off work a week later to bring it down and have them look at it. Waited for about three hours and they said it was good to go. They also did not charge me the second time I brought it in. I took it off the lot and drove it five miles down the road and the AC still did not work. I can not afford to get the van fixed and I can not take any more time off work to deal with this. My wife and I, and ten kids drive to school and back every day in our hot van. I am very disappointed in the fact that they did not follow up a third time to make sure that the vehicle was fixed. I am disappointed that I paid $3600 for my AC to get fixed and it is not. I am grateful that the weather is getting cooler. I would not recommend this business to anyone, I have told every one I know never to go there.

I'm very proud to say and to let others know, i bought my car in 2021/22. I looked a few minutes and yeah, there it was. The car that looked back at me and said, buy me!Take me home, I'm yours!ALL of the company in used and new cars, have ALWAYS been exceptionally kind, friendly and good hearted to me.These people will go out of their way just to find the answer to a question. Sandy at the desk is the greatest also!So happy I bought my car thereThankyou for your kindness

Piss poor customer service,cars check engine light comes on they say we will fix it and get it delivered on monday monday comes and NO CAR. Call and get the run-around and then transferred to voice mail now im paying rental carr fees for who knows how long.BEWARE CAUTION CAVETEMPTIR

I went to John Vance Ford in Guthrie to check out a vehicle for family members who live 2 1/2 + hours away. The salesman and management were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend John Vance Ford of Guthrie.

Amazing expirence with one of a kind people. I HATE car dealerships, but they never pressured us, let us browse, let us ask a million questions, and never even bothered us when we wanted to go home and talk about it. Mr. Shoulders was our salesman and was an awesome expirence, but the shining star is their service department (Dennis was our guy!) Pro Tip: ALWAYS buy the extended warranty! (When available). Our next cars and trucks will always come from here!

Poor customer service. Had a last minute oil change and inspection of coolant leak scheduled through the new automated system. When I got there there wasn’t an appt for me. I talked with a few people they ended up doing it then. Had to go back in the next morning for more oil they hadn’t filled it up. Made it as far as MS. My engine had caught fire. There was a coolant issue. Things that could have been prevented with a proper service appt. Car is stuck in MS waiting on a new engine and other parts. Contacted numerous employees from John Vance and everyone has pushed me off. Told me it wasn’t their issue. That I have a warranty for a reason.

After two unsatisfied experiences with this dealership, I'm done with them.A while ago while deployed, I reserved a bronco with Joe Cooper Ford but after their rep was unresponsive (who ended up getting replaced), I had it moved to Vance. After 26 months of waiting, my 2020 reservation (now a 2023) finally came in! The only problem was this bronco isn't what I ordered. Whether it was incompetence or greed, my order was altered by the salesman when my model converted from a 2022 to 2023 model. The price was nearly the same and the order number was the same, so I didn't notice the removal of my Sasquatch package (bad on me). There was no mention of the change by the salesman (awfully convenient that the price was nearly the same).I confronted the salesman about this issue after finding out that dealers were removing the sasquatch packages to get them built. My thoughts were they did exactly this so they could get the allocation and make the sale regardless of whether I took the bronco or not. When confronted, The salesman said I was "starting to irritate" him, which was completely unprofessional. He's irritated? How do you think I feel after waiting all this time to be swindled? Needles to say, I rejected the Bronco, then the dealership listed it for $8000 more than I was going to get it for.This experience in addition to my horrendous 5 months maintenance debacle, has left a scar. I will not use this dealership again.Good luck! The day is coming when Ford dumps all dealerships for the Tesla business model.

Don't trust the service department. I marked my tires before taking it in to see if they would actually rotate them. Dropped off in the morning at opening. I had to call twice to see what was taking so long. Didn't get my vehicle back until the end of day, and they didn't rotate the tires, but claim they did on paper. Who knows if they actually performed any service? Called to speak with service manager about it. He wasn't available. Requested call back. No callback.

Robert, my sales rep, was a rock star and extremely helpful the whole way through the ordering and buying process for my 2023 F150 King Ranch. I had called a majority of dealerships in Oklahoma before deciding to go with Vance and I’m very happy with my overall experience.
