WAS CHARGED 35 more dollars for an oil change than I was just three months ago. Call the manager and he says o our labor went up double now oil prices have doubled. HE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ANY OF THIS UNTIL I FRONTED HIS SCAMMING LOW DOWN DIRTY SOB AFTER I PAID AND ASKED HIM ABOUT IT. SERVED MY COUNTRY FOR 20 years to be run down and scammed by a small town MONEY HUNGRY CROOK. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!!! Also don’t respond with your cookie cutter nonsense o I’ll tell our CEO we’re sorry for your bad experience. KICK ROCKS

Great dealership. Haze and Austin were top notch. They both stayed 2 hours late to let us test drive the car and ultimately finance the car. Haze even got our interest rate lowered compared to the already low rate we had been pre-approved for. If you are upset that there isnt much gas when you buy or brakes done, you are not seeing the bigger picture. They are noticeably better priced than the dealerships, have great inventory, more transparent, and actually look out for you. That is way more important. They will be our first call when we shop for our next car. We also live an hour and a half away from them but the experience is worth it.

Hayes and Lee were the best! They were helpful and honest and didn’t try to screw me over. My last car buying experience in 2017 was horrible and I just knew that I would have another rough experience but I was wrong! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. The best thing of all is I got not only an incredible deal but I also had an easy stress free experience.

Robert & Vickie Hurst purchased the 2017 GMC Denali on June 7. 2021. Ross Fairchild was great. The board at the radio, navigator ect. was messed up & the letter E was missing on the outside right of truck. We were told these items were being replaced & had been ordered. Long story short. Those items were not replaced & a lot of foolish talks between my husband & the now, Sales Dept. I wish this could be revolved. This story is getting old, however true!!

Extremely easy process to get financed the salesman Bill was extremely nice and helpful. The main issue here is they dont do maintenance on the vehicles as the brakes and rotors will have to be changed before you even leave the dealership but make sure you go immediately to the gas pump because they do not have any gas in them.

My daughter found a car there that she wanted to look at. They said yeah, we have it, do you want to come look? She says yes and schedules something the next day. She messages them earlier in the day the next day, and then again when we're on our way. Postive repsonses from dealer. 15 minutes before we got there, they said, "OK, see you soon." When we arrived, guess what? It was "sold." I took time off work, and we drove all the way to Guthrie to look at it. Maybe this was a fluke experience. I don't know. But we definitely did not feel well-treated. I don't think it was an intentional bait & switch, because they didn't have anything ready for us to look at. When they said it was sold, there was just uncomfortable silence for a few moments, then we walked out. I think it was just bad service.

My brother is a disabled veteran and he bought a car from them and they gave nothing but the run around when he tried to get his title. After I called them, he got it and had to pay $300.00 in penalties. He's on a fixed income and does not deserve this. A veteran who served our country deserves the respect they failed to give.
