Store in general is great! However, they could make some changes in some of the different departments like boys and mans and offer a better selection of clothing and shoes. Seems like all the stores cater more to women shoppers than men. Overall our Grove store is awesome, although some of the employees could use some retraining on customer service and actually learn where things are in the store and each of the departments.

There isn’t really anyone there to help meand when I do get someone to help me. they rush me so they can get me out as fast as possible instead of using proper customer service helping me find the item I we are looking for. I also didn’t appreciate the rude body language one of the employees gave me, like she didn’t have time to help me even though she was done with a customer.

I feel like attention should be brought to a cashier named Jody that works at this walmart for her abuse of power and innapropiate behavior. Jody denied selling to me because I “didn’t look like my ID, despite it working just a day prior. She also purposely embarrassed me in front of a whole line. She took 20 minutes debating wether or not to sell to me. Wasted my time. Humiliated me. All for me to walk out with nothing. I hope she is happy. I hope Walmart - which they probably will not, decide to take care of the nasty display of behavior from their employee. Shop locally and avoid this place at all costs!!

Walmart prices have gone up to much, you have to bag and checkout your own groceries. Think of your customers, before price. Especially elderly folks on a budget. Saw to many Walmart employees standing around, buried in there cell phones, doing nothing. Taking my grocery shopping to Crest Foods. Better prices and more checkers!

We enjoy the opportunity to stroll through the store. We also try to shop on Mondays and Tuesdays because, if not, they run out of items.

Well stocked store! However, I needed assistance in the electronics department and no one was there. One employee walked through but didn't answer when I called him from the next aisle. He had earbuds in, but don't know if it's so he can keep walking and avoid customers. I only say that as an employee told me some of them do that. I had a full cart and there were only three registers open, with very long lines. What ever happened to customer service?!?! The register Manager came out and opened an aisle herself to help. Thank you very much Ma'am!!!

Special shoutout to Tina in Walmart's pharmacy. Tina was super cool and super professional in discussing a pretty personal issue with me and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to walk me through the issues I was worried about and gave me sound advice. It's this kind of personal touch that really made me feel good about our discussion, as well as her advice. Thanks, Tina!
