Had new French patio doors with blinds between the glass installed and they look wonderful! T.H. Rogers sent someone to measure before we ordered and the doors fit perfectly. Thank you.

I had gone to a big box store in town to see if they could help me out on a problem that we had and it was almost impossible to get help. Once I did they sent me to an aisle to look for my solution and I could not find anything so I decided to seek help from a local establishment. I remembered Rogers lumber company had helped us before on another problem we had and I decided to stop there for this problem. They immediately started licking in a book that they had and found something that might work and they ordered it for me and said that if it didn't fit up to what I was looking for that I can bring it back and no charge and they would work with me to find another solution. I find this kind of customer service to be unfounded in today's atmosphere and I will remember this for when I have other problems that need to be solved. I will be a returned customer again.

Great little hardware store the customer service is great as long as you don't get the older gentleman he doesn't seem to happy to be there but everyone else is absolutely a dream to work with

This is my new favorite LOCAL shop. I love to shop local when I can. I had a small in home project for a home that we bought that was recently “remodeled”. Unfortunately after a closer look (after we moved in) there are a lot of little things that need to be done/repaired.I needed to add some quarter round to the baseboards where it was missing. This was not a big job or a lot of money for this store.They went out of there way to get me what I needed and gave me helpful tips along the way.Awesome! Forget the big box store. Use this place for all your lumber etc needs!Thanks Charlie and Clayton for helping a new DIY’er! I need all the help I can get…

Horrible. I thought I would support a local business but I will never again use this company. Not only were they $6-$7 more per board than Lowes, the wood they delivered to me was next to impossible to use. They had to literally try to give me the worst wood they had because every single piece except one was bad. If the lady behind the counter wasn't so nice I would have left and gone to Lowe's when I heard the prices. I now wish I would have. Save yourself some time and money and get a better product and buy anywhere else.
