An update since I posted this review…. After trying to reach a contractor multiple days in a row and becoming a “ sticky note” customer, we finally got our “one day” install scheduled…. Only to find out it was now a two day schedule… already behind on our project by over 6 weeks. We got the plank flooring installed… get a call later that evening that our carpet install for the following day was canceled. So welp our one day install now turned into 3. So had to take off work again. They also brought material that we specifically declined over the phone when we ordered it… so now we have to take that back to the Grove location AND drive over another hour away to Neosho to return the remaining plank flooring……………We have waited over 3 weeks for a floor install. We still have not heard from the contractor about when the installation date is going to be. Everytime we call… conviently the contractor is unavailable. We also had to drive an additional hour and a half to pick up part of our flooring because they could not ship it, which is also bad customer service… because we had to unload all of that flooring by ourselves… that’s a service that we are paying you to do! I’m at the point of saying I would never recommend having flooring installed. This service is completely a horrible experience. Management I sure hope you work on speeding up this process, a customer should never have to go through this.
All of this trouble and not once did Lowe’s step up and offer any kind on compensation for our troubles. We will recommend to never use Lowe’s for anything

I was having a really hard week with a loss in my family. I was staying at my daughter’s house on Grand Lake. Her washer went out and I wanted to replace it for her, but I needed it delivered quickly so I could go home to another state. Andrew in the appliance department was so kind and caring to me. I was told by the Lowe’s team the washer would be delivered that very next day. What a great bunch of service personnel and great store. A heartfelt thank you to all of you who made my stay easier. ??❤️

I had a very great experience at our local Lowe's Home Improvement store. It took a little bit for me to find someone to help me but, the employee working in the flooring Department he was busy doing his job but he pulled away to help me out. Kudos to him. Very great experience at the store. I thank him very much. He made my day.

I bought a new Maytag Washer in 2022 and purchased a 3 year protection plan. My washer has been out since early April and I've made 6 claims and nobody will contact me. They are all pending besides one that was closed. The manager I spoke to was very hateful and rude and told me she couldn't help me. I will not ever purchase another appliance with them again! ? Not Satisfied At ALL!!

Had a hard time finding a products for my shower, and the employees were no where to be found. They weren't even busy!

*Updated* I'm giving it 1 star from 2, first time I had to self load a large order of concrete because no one wanted to lift a finger.
This time no one came to help with some plumbing, waited for almost an hour. A local plumber had to help, ended up going back for another part later towards closing. Again no helping hand just walking by trying to shove everyone outside.
This place needs employee's that actually care, it's pathetic how useless everyone seems to be.

Lowe's has changed. They pretty much SUCK. No body knows where anything is. If the help sees you heading to ask them for help, it's a damn foot pursuit. They have stopped carrying many Professional items needed. Home Depot is WAY BETTER.
