“Love this gym. It's got a surprisingly large variety of equipment, more options than many larger gyms in bigger cities. It's also got the mix and match equipment which I love. It doesn't look as sharp but each brand makes certain things better. There's a separate area for stretching and warming up and it's never overly crowded so you're not waiting around for a piece of equipment. Also, the staff is super nice. Only issue I have is no chalk. 10/10 recommend tho if you're looking to get a pump in the Grove area”

“Excellent small YMCA. The machines are in good shape, and the facility is clean.I joined for a one month stay in the area. The fee for one month was $35 plus a joining fee of $15. Be advised that, unlike some other YMCA facilities, this one does not waive the joining fee for military personnel.Overall, it is certainly adequate for my needs.”
