Never called me back on a converter swap out.
Oh well customer service is not very good don't know about the quality of their work.
I ordered one off amazon and had a local electrician install it.

These guys are amazingly professional, experienced, honest, and timely! We called to have our black and gray water tubes and valves replaced. They took it in immediately and were able to repair instead of replacing the whole tube. They also initially told us it might not be done until the next day (which was still faster than anyone else could do), but got it done before close of business saving us money and time. They are friendly and just good guys doing good business! I cannot recommend them more highly!
