I've been a customer of BOK for 34 years. We've had free checking the whole time, kept a savings account, borrowed money for houses, etc. They have a very good online service and a great customer support system. No business is perfect, but BOK has been a good choice for us and kept us happy for decades now.

They don't keep up with there end, this is my first bank and I've been waiting a month for the bank card to come in, even called them and had them send a new one and nothing. What's the point of having a bank when you have no way to touch the money. I would give zero stars if I could.
